As the boar's charges has stop because it crashed into the wall, Cloud can now have a head start again.
Even though the boar is also chasing after him right away, it still got left behind because it hasn't pick up any speed.
But it would not be for long because the boar can quickly speed up and would catch up to Cloud very soon from this situation.
Cloud also understand this, so he run with all his might while racking his brain to think of a way to survive.
As Cloud run desperately, he still doesn't see the end of the massive cave.
Turning and looking behind him while running, Cloud can see that the boar has start to pick up speed and it has start gaining on him again.
Cloud look around to his left and right, hoping to find something he can use. But there is nothing.
There isn't even any place that seemingly look like he can use to hide.
Seeing that the boar is already behind him, Cloud grit his teeth, turn and run toward the boar.
The boar notice this, it roar in anger and prepare its head to hit the oncoming Cloud.
Cloud run even faster toward the boar and when he is about to crash with the boar, he slide on the ground again.
But the boar is ready this time. It lowered its head until it touches the ground and it kept charging.
Cloud can only see this and curl his body before he is hit to defend himself. He cannot stop himself by this point and can only expect the oncoming collision.
The boar soon arrive in front of Cloud and it hit Cloud like someone hitting a ball with their head.
Cloud then fly like a soccer ball that was kicked.
But as he fly, he try so hard to stop himself from screaming in pain. Even though the collision cause him to feel pain all over his body.
The pain is unbearable. Cloud feels like his whole body is destroyed.
In fact, it is. A bunch of his bones are broken because of the collision. His organs are damaged. His body is bleeding externally and internally.
Yet, no scream came from Cloud's mouth. Not because he doesn't want to scream. But it's because he can't.
When he gritted his teeth before and made a decision to try to dodge the boar by sliding again, he had made a preparation in case things go wrong.
Cloud had put a recovery pill in his mouth just in case.
So after he was hit by the boar, he must quickly eat the pill to not die.
That's why he cannot scream in pain. It's because he have to swallow the pill to live.
Once Cloud successfully swallow the pill, its effects activate almost instantly.
It quickly stop his bleeding, alleviate his bruises, and start fixing his bones.
Because of this Cloud can move his hand to summon and eat another pill as he fly through the air.
The healing effects are boosted by a noticable amount because of this.
But it is less effective than eating one and another after the effects of the first one are fully gone so people don't do this usually.
But Cloud is in an emergency so he have no choice but to do this. If he doesn't do this right now then he wouldn't be able to walk after he land.
The hit from the boar send Cloud flying deeper into the cave. He fly very fast that he is sure he would break more bones if he crash into a wall right now.
The force was so strong that Cloud doesn't land even after flying for a few seconds.
Thankfully, the end of the cave is not right behind him.
But after flying so fast for a few seconds, Cloud eventually crash against a wall.
As he has flew for so long, the speed has slowed down considerably so the damage when he eventually crash against a was is not significant.
A pained groan came out of Cloud's mouth when he hit the wall. But he quickly force himself to look around instead of caring for his injuries.
When he look around the area, Cloud is instantly stunned to see a massive pale white wall.
Cloud can clearly see that this wall is not ordinary.
He felt like he had seen something similar before. Then Cloud remember that he had seen a few stones with the same color of the wall when the sect tested his cultivation talent.
It was more than a dozen stones that was thrown by an elder and later crushed by the Head Elder.
