"It was your first proper battle with a spirit beast. That was already very good. You'll get better." Cloud respond to Xiao Fan.
Indeed that's true. Xiao Fan also know that he would get better. But this brother of his is really something.

They then gather to talk about the plan further.

"There are still seven or more beasts around. There is also that mid stage qi gathering beast. If we go without any plan, that would be like begging to be killed." Fang Yue continued.
She seems to be on the conservative side. It's the polar opposite of Xiao Fan who seems to be on the aggressive side.

Getting more information to make a better plan is something that Fang Yue can agree.
Since they've come to an agreement, the three then start moving.
They walk through the other path that most likely lead to the ground of the big cave section.
They can guess that much since a few beasts came from there.
As they walk, the ground start to gradually sloping downward. They've become even more sure now that this road should lead down to the gathering of beasts they saw.
They walk carefully while ignoring several forks that seems to lead up. They only focus on the road that's leading them downward.
The path that they took seems to be peaceful. They don't meet any more beasts since that last three.
Soon, they passed the sloping ground and start to walk on a level ground.
It was then that they start hearing several low beasts noises.
They keep walking ignoring the noises until they arrive at a T three way intersection.
Only then did they start moving carefully while slowly peeking at the intersection using the wall for cover.
Since they came from the middle intersection, there is a way right and left that they can go to.
Cloud tells Fang Yue to peek to the left with a hand gestures while he and Xiao Fan peek to the right.
When the two peek to the right, they can see the gathering of boars that they saw before from above.
