Rook quietly carried a backpack filled with first-aid kits, energy cuffs, backup cuffs, and backup-backup cuffs.
Alex stepped out with calm dad energy.
Alex:"It's just a weekend, right?"
Every wife:"YES. And you better return in ONE piece."
Grayfia kissed him on the cheek and whispered:"Ben is a bad influence. Stay near Rook."
Velgrynd cracked her knuckles at Ben.Charmcaster threatened him with a 300-year curse.Albedo smiled sweetly while gripping Gungnir.
Ben nearly fainted.
Stop #1 – The Chill Planet That Was Supposed to Be Relaxing
Rook picked the first destination: Planet Tranquilo, the most peaceful vacation world in the sector.
It lasted 10 minutes.
Ben: "We're here to relax!"
Alex: "Okay, I'll just—"
BOOM.
A volcanic beast burst out of the lake.It sniffed Alex and instantly bowed.
Rook blinked.Ben screamed.
Turns out the beast species recognized Alex's aura as "Supreme Apex Husband-Father Entity" and began gathering around him like puppies.
Ben:"Bro. Even monsters respect your dad energy?!"
Alex:"…I didn't do anything."
Three hours later, they were riding giant magma-whales like jet-skis and drinking alien smoothies.

Stop #2 – Galactic Casino (Where Everything Went Wrong)
Ben wanted to celebrate properly.
Ben:"BACHELOR TIME = GAMBLING TIME!"
Rook:"I do not believe this is how Earth bachelor rituals wor— Ben, NO!"
They walk into Cosmo Casino, the largest in the Andromeda Sector.Security scans powers, so Alex enters as a normal client.
Ten minutes later…
Alex accidentally wins the Galactic Super Jackpot.
The amount was so high that alarms triggered because "no one is allowed to have this money."
Ben: "HOW DID YOU EVEN WIN—"
Alex: "I was just guessing numbers."
Rook: facepalms
The Casino Owner, a crime lord named Krathex, demanded Alex hand over the money.
Alex politely refused.
Ben went: "Oh no."
Rook said: "Diplomacy failed."
And then Krathex made the worst mistake of his life:
Krathex:"You think your wives can protect you, pretty boy?"
All three heard Velgrynd's wrath echo across dimensions at that moment.

Alex placed a hand on his shoulder.

Ben shoved him playfully.Alex smiled.

On their last day, a Plumber emergency beacon appeared.
Rook:"This frequency… it's Magister-level."
A rogue biotech group attempted to awaken a dormant cosmic parasite.Of course Ben rushed in.Alex followed.Rook complained the entire way.
The fight was wild:
Ben turned into Atomix but accidentally destroyed half the lab.
Rook out-strategized their leader in seconds.
Alex walked into the parasite's presence, and it immediately went dormant due to sensing an "overwhelming superior apex parent."
Ben: "Bro, even cosmic parasites listen to you?!"
Alex: "…I should never leave the house."
RETURN HOME – The Wives' Council
As the trio returned to Avalon Islands…
All the wives were waiting. Arms crossed. A line of nine terrifying silhouettes.
Velgrynd:"You burned down a casino."
Grayfia:"You triggered three galactic alerts."
Venelana:"You let Ben plan the trip?!"
Charmcaster:"And you fought a parasite while I wasn't there?!"
Alex:"…I brought souvenirs?"
Ben whispered:"This is how I die."
Rook stood in perfect posture, accepting his fate.
But then—
All the kids ran out screaming:
"WELCOME BACK DADDY!"
Alex kneeled and hugged them, smiling softly.
The wives looked at their happy children…at Alex's gentle smile…and the anger melted.
Velzard sighed."Just don't leave without telling us next time."
Grayfia kissed his forehead."You're home. That's what matters."
