Clap... Clap...
Applause rang out again—
But this time, it came from a different direction.
Everyone turned toward the sound, and their eyes widened in shock.
From the body of a bandaged humanoid monster, Whiteflame stepped out unharmed.
"As expected from a Yonko Commander," Whiteflame smirked.
"This battle's finally starting to get interesting."
"What the hell?!"
"There's two of him?! Didn't Boss Jack hit him dead-on?!"
"Was that a clone?!"
The Beasts Pirates stood frozen like they'd seen a ghost.
They'd all seen Whiteflame get smashed head-on by Jack's mammoth charge.
And yet here he was—perfectly fine. Not a scratch on him. Calm as ever.
What was going on?!
"A Devil Fruit ability…?" Cracker muttered, narrowing his eyes.
"He can summon those bizarre monsters… and now a clone technique too? I've never heard of a power like this."
"If Mama saw him, she'd be thrilled—she'd want to collect him for sure."
There was a strange glint in Cracker's eyes as he studied Whiteflame.
On a nearby hill, Rebecca, Baby-5, and Monet were watching anxiously. But the moment they saw Whiteflame appear alive and well, their tense expressions finally eased.
"What Devil Fruit is that?" Monet murmured.
When Jack had charged Whiteflame earlier, Monet's heart had leapt into her throat. The moment of impact had replayed in her mind like déjà vu—just like the moment she'd learned of Doflamingo's death.
But now, seeing Whiteflame alive, her dread vanished—replaced with confused awe.
Monet had studied hundreds of Devil Fruits and their users. She could recite their names and powers from memory.
But she had never seen anything like this.
"I asked him once," Baby-5 said dreamily.
"He didn't answer. Maybe it's his mystery that makes me fall for him more!"
"恩人先生 said he can't die," Rebecca added with absolute faith.
"No matter who he fights, I know he'll win!"
"Immortal…?" Monet frowned.
"Does such a thing really exist in this world?"
Of the three women, only Monet still had her doubts.
She continued staring at Whiteflame's silhouette, trying to see through the mystery.
"You're the kind of pest I hate the most!"
Jack snarled as he returned to his human form, gripping two massive scythes.
"No real combat skills—just hiding, dodging, playing tricks to survive."
"Coward! If you've got guts, fight me head-on!"
Furious that he hadn't crushed Whiteflame in one blow, Jack's blood was boiling. He was desperate to tear him apart—to show the world his dominance.
Whiteflame chuckled.
"Jack, you're a Yonko Commander. You sure you wanna whine like that in public?"
"Kill me if you can. If not—shut the hell up."
He stepped forward, cold light flickering in his eyes.
"Don't worry, we'll settle things. But before I deal with you…"
"…I think I'll collect a bit of interest first."
Before anyone could react, Whiteflame swept his hand through the air.
[Tidal Surge: White Threads]
BOOM—BOOM—BOOM!
Dozens of enormous thread waves erupted into the sky—crashing down like tsunamis, ripping across the battlefield.
In an instant, over half the Beasts Pirates' Zoan users were caught in the tidal threads—bound tightly and ruthlessly shredded.
Splatter.
Blood painted the air.
Agonized screams pierced the battlefield.
Dozens of Beasts Pirates were butchered on the spot by Whiteflame's threads.
"Blackies, your buffet is ready—eat your fill!"
At Whiteflame's command, the six IBMs lunged forward—ripping into the corpses, tearing flesh with their claws and devouring the bodies without hesitation.
"Uwaaaah!!"
"They're eating people?!"
"Boss Jack, help me! I don't wanna die—please!"
"No! Please—Noooo!"
Panic erupted.
Some stronger Zoan users broke free from the threads with sheer force and escaped, but the weaker ones weren't so lucky.
They screamed as the threads wrapped tighter—starting from their legs, cutting higher and higher until all that remained were lifeless corpses.
The slaughter was so fast that most never had a chance to react.
By the time Jack heard their screams—it was already too late.
"Worthless trash…"
"You think killing my underlings makes you something special?!"
"I'll show you what happens to those who piss me off!"
Jack didn't care about his men's lives.
But the fact that a no-name brat had killed them in front of him—and he'd done nothing about it?
That was unacceptable.
If this humiliation spread, neither his reputation nor Kaido's would recover.
Roaring with fury, Jack charged again—twin scythes swinging down at Whiteflame like twin guillotines.
"Jack, I'm busy collecting interest right now. I don't have time to play with you."
Whiteflame slipped aside.
Jack's scythe smashed into the ground, blasting a massive crater where Whiteflame had just been standing.
Whiteflame didn't strike back.
Instead, he went right back to harvesting Beasts Pirates like a reaper.
Others might go for the leader to end a fight quickly.
But not Whiteflame.
He preferred to take the lackeys first.
Because unlike most… he profited from every kill.
Sure enough—after the first wave of kills, Whiteflame felt his body heat up. A rush of power surged through him.
The more the IBMs fed, the more strength flowed into his own body.
"Jack!" Cracker shouted.
"I don't know who this guy is, but we can't let him keep interfering!"
"You little freak—you dared attack me earlier!"
"Now you die!"
Suddenly, every Biscuit Soldier turned to face Whiteflame—blades raised.
They rushed forward like a tidal wave of living armor.
Cracker had officially entered the fray.
Now, both Yonko Commanders—Jack the Drought and Charlotte Cracker—had their sights set squarely on Whiteflame.
