Arms raised overhead, his ki erupted skyward, swelling like an unstable bomb seconds from exploding.
But Krillin and Gohan were not about to let him finish.

Judging from Burter's aura, he was stronger than Recoome.
And after hearing Ginyu's judgment, they understood one thing:
The tactic they used before would not work again.
