"You're at it again?" Grandfather Brook recalled with a wide smile.
"I just couldn't help it." April lowered her head.
"By the way, have you informed Lucas yet? He should hurry back now to attend your graduation. I won't tolerate it if he tries to dodge" Grandfather cleared his throat while staring at April for a response.
"Yes, Grandfather. I already informed him about it. But unfortunately— he won't be attending"
"What? Why would he say that? He has no reason to not attend your graduation. Or what excuses does he have this time?" Grandfather flared up in anger, hitting his walking stick on the ground
"Or does he bully you? Now that you both live separately, he has the opportunity to do so."
