She fell into deep sleep till evening time and the one thing that woke her up was a call. Her phone began ringing at first but she didn't hear it and continued sleeping soundly.
But on the second ringing, she shifted slightly in her sleep, her brows furrowed as her hand began searching across the desk until it brushed against her phone.
While the phone continued ringing in her hand, she moaned softly in pain and massaged her temples, feeling a slight tingling headache. Next, she squinted her sleepy eyes at the screen, but with her blurry vision, she couldn't see the name of the caller. So she just answered the call anyway, not minding, as she placed the phone on her ear.
"He- hello?" She answered in a soft sleeping voice that was unclear.
"Did I wake you up?" Lucas's thick voice and light chuckle sounded softly.
