" Naruto, Uzumaki Naruto, six months to graduation huh a bit close, do I get a special talent, skill, bloodline, character summon, system, or something like that" asked Dean.
" Yes as a newbie, you get the following, and information panel, no time limit. A dreamscape training skill for one year. You can check it's function in your panel. Next year on your birthday the skill will disappear" instructed the Authority.

" A price is exacted for anything bestowed by fate, the panel and skill will only exist if you do a mission. Failing to adhere to it will result in their deletion. Your mission is ... Do not use the power of the Nine Tails until after the Konoha Collapse Plan" said the Authority coldly.
" Your kidding right, those are barely any gifts and that mission will probably kill me right" asked Dean.
" I can take the gifts back and then the mission will be void"
" Fine, keep them both" sighed Dean, after realising the Authority would not negotiate even one bit.
" Now we have deal with a problem, I am tasked with removing any immediate threat to your life" said the Authority.
" Now we are talking, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do. Tame the nine tails for me, no wait deal with Danzo no no no the Akatsuki. Haha I was wrong it seems you do have a soul although barely" smirked Dean in laughter.
" So I will have to remove the souls of Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina" said the Authority, to which Naruto, I mean Dean could just gape his mouth.
" Are you human man, first you give nothing and an impossible mission, and then you take away my biggest backing"
" It's unfortunate but the rules are clear, if the Authority does not respect the rules who will? Their souls won't sit back and watch as you take over their son's body they are the immediate threat to your life. Be not afraid, I will compensate you for your loss, afterall a price is exacted for everything bestowed" said the Authority with an unflinching expression.
" What is it" said Dean with an excited face, without realising that Naruto and Ashura's soul were quickly assimilating into his, change his temper and mannerisms as the Authority merely watched but with a small smile on his previously uninterested face.
" If you defeat the Nine Tails in your mind space manage to draw out a Kage level portion of its chakra, then the other half of it can be summoned from the belly of the Reaper Death Seal and merge and complete Nine Tails will obey you unconditionally".
The Authority's voices echoed in his minds as he thought about the consequences.
Naruto drew out Kurama's chakra with Sage mode and Kushina's help, which I won't have so I will have to be stronger than Sage mode Naruto to do it. The upside is that instead of siphoning some chakra through the seal I will have the full Nine Tails cooperating with me instead of growing together in the War and gaining the other half from Minato afterwards. It is a tall ask but I will have the knowledge advantage and six months more, it should be possible right?

Soon he felt weightless as his soul disappeared from there and reappeared in Naruto, who was hugging his pillow to sleep while scratching his bum.....
