Luan froze for a moment, then his ears turned red. "O-Oh…" he muttered. "That's… that makes sense."
Cyrus coughed lightly and looked away. "Yeah. That… sounds reasonable."
"B-Besides…" Roxanna continued softly, her voice growing smaller, "we'll be warmer if we have some skin-to-skin contact."
The moment the words left her mouth, her face turned bright red. She felt shy just thinking about someone touching her bare skin. It always made her nervous. But… they were her husbands, so it wasn't a bad thing.
"Well… if this really is the best choice, then… let's do it," Luan said after a moment of thought.
In the end, they slowly took off their clothes and used some ropes to hang them along the side of the tent to dry. The cold air brushed against their skin, making Roxanna shiver.
She sat close to them, hugging herself tightly and pulling her knees to her chest, trying to keep what little warmth she had.
"What should we do now?" Luan asked quietly, clearly unsure. "Hug?"
