Zane took Juana to the Thorne main mansion, hoping against hope that he would find a spare room to tuck her into, perhaps leaving a hurried message for Athena or Ewan along with the girl.
At the very least, he knew Sandro would eventually be around to provide the necessary confirmation of her identity. As they climbed the stairs to the porch, he heard the girl let out a soft, breathless "wow."
