The teasing expression on Garp's face grew even more pronounced.
"Not that either."
Minato's expression darkened slightly.
Clearly, he already understood why Garp was asking these questions.
"Since your father isn't a Senju, and your mother isn't an Uzumaki either, what right do you have to think I would do as you say?
Is it because you're blond like Tsunade, so you think I should listen to your lofty reasoning?
Or do you believe the Senju brothers' reputation is so great that I must listen to every Konoha ninja lecture me about principles?"
Hearing Minato's words, Garp couldn't help but find it amusing.
A brat wants to tell him how to do things? A brat wants to lecture him about grand principles?

Even if Hashirama or Madara showed up, they still wouldn't be qualified.

"After you came out of retirement, I heard a legendary story about you from my teacher, Jiraiya-sensei.
Not only did you once defeat the Second Hokage, but you even caught the Second Hokage's Flying Thunder God Slash with just two fingers.
I have a request. I wish to use the Flying Thunder God Technique to spar with you."
As he finished speaking, he raised the Flying Thunder God kunai, his gaze fixed firmly on Garp.
"You think you're stronger than Tobirama?"
Hearing this, Garp seemed to grow slightly interested.
He waved his hand, stopping Hiruzen and Jiraiya, who were about to intervene again.
"No. I've merely learned one or two of the Second Hokage's forbidden techniques. How would I dare compare myself to him?
Let alone claim to be stronger than the Second Hokage."
Minato hurriedly replied.

Garp let out a soft sigh, then asked in return,
"Then what if you lose?"
The moment these words fell, everyone knew that Garp had agreed.
Perhaps it was Minato's confidence.
Perhaps it was the Flying Thunder God Technique piquing his interest.
Or perhaps he had simply grown tired of Minato's incessant persistence.
But regardless, he had agreed to give Minato a chance.
"If I lose, I'll leave immediately. I won't say another word, and I won't disturb your peace any further."
Minato spoke each word clearly and firmly.
In terms of overall strength, after learning of Garp's terrifying performance across four major battles since coming out of retirement, he didn't even dare to imagine it.
But if it was purely a contest of speed, he still had some confidence.
Just as he had said earlier, when it came to the Flying Thunder God Technique, he had already surpassed the Second Hokage, becoming even faster than this true professor of ninjutsu.
