Ana's POV
Following Hughes's stare, Ridley and Aileen both turned to look.
When Ridley spotted me, frost flashed through his eyes, and he scoffed. He knew I couldn't abandon the title of Mrs. Collin when it came down to it.
Aileen's face lit up as she waved me over. "Ana, I knew you'd come back. Honestly, being Mrs. Collin is the dream life. If I wasn't focused on my dance career, I'd totally embrace being a housewife too."
Still beaming, Aileen linked her arm through mine and guided me toward the couch. "That guy from before? Complete loser. Honestly, there's no sense dragging some random nobody into this just to spite Ridley."
I reflexively frowned and started to respond, but Ridley interrupted. "If you realize you screwed up, then concentrate on home. Shape up and stay away from that man. Don't let me catch you with him again."
