The devilized insect fell from an opening above and crashed hard onto the surface of the vast waters. Blood trickled out of its mouth from the impact and the multiple injuries it sustained from the hard blow dealt by the Black Dragon.
It took a while for it to regain its balance, the ringing in its head reduced along with the aching sensation.
The insect stared down at its partly faceless reflection bouncing off the surface of the waters. It had no eyes but a disfigured looking mouth and an antenna protruding from its bald head. Its dark energy spread all around it as it rose to its feet to make sense of the world it had just been dragged into.
The creature stared above and noted the irregular-shaped firmament hanging above its head, struggling to piece itself together to achieve a single form. The ground on which it stood was an endless sea of waters that spread far and wide without borders.
