Chapter 15 - Plans in Motion

I woke up on Niall's chest, which made me wonder what I had done and said last night. Looking more closely, I noticed I was wearing his shirt. I definitely messed up last night. Just then, there was a knock on the door.

"Luanna, wake up! You have to leave here!" Lilah shouted.

I quickly rushed to the door, unlocked it, and opened it. "We're awake and getting up!" she grinned.

"Seriously, Lilah? Why shout like that?" I muttered.

"To wake you up. I know how hard you sleep," she squinted. "And why are you wearing Niall's shirt?"

"I was just about to ask," I said, and we both turned to Niall, who was reaching for his phone on the nightstand.

"Next time, buy a comfortable dress so you don't start undressing," he grumbled, grabbing the phone.

Lilah started laughing, and I banged my head against the wall in despair.

"How drunk was I on a scale of 1 to 10?" I sighed.

"I'd say around 8.5 or 9.5," she shrugged.

"Did I say a lot of nonsense?" I didn't really want to hear the answer.

"Enough," she snorted.

"Oh God. Why does this always happen," I quietly asked, not even knowing whom.

"What? That you get drunk or do stupid things?" Lilah asked. "Because both happen quite often."

"Wow, thanks for the support," I rolled my eyes.

"I'm just telling the truth," she put up her hands as if defending herself.

"Then don't say it. Only I can tell the truth straight out," I said and went into the bathroom, grabbing my dress from last night. "I'll get dressed now, and we can leave."

"Okay," Niall replied.

"Bye then, I'm leaving! Good luck to you both!" Lilah said goodbye, and I heard the door close.

I got dressed and came out to see Niall already dressed, sitting on the bed and waiting for me.

"Shall we go?" I asked.

"Yeah," he answered and got up from the bed.

Locking the door, we went down to the lobby. We gave the keys to the girl at the reception and went to the car. We drove in silence. But it wasn't like it was awkward or anything. Music was playing softly on the radio, and I leaned my head against the window, looking at the streets with cars and pedestrians. Finally, we turned into my driveway. I got out of the car immediately after it stopped. Niall and I went inside together.

"Ooo, who's back," everyone greeted us.

"Why are you all still here? Are you like homeless people, without a home?" I frowned.

"Naw," Beth drew out. "We like it here," she smiled. "And there's always food."

"I know, that's what I want most right now," I muttered and went straight to the kitchen.

Pouring milk over cereal, I came into the living room and sat down on the sofa. Everyone was already talking about something.

"We're arguing about when we're going back on tour?" Liam asked.

"Who are you arguing with?" I asked with a mouthful.

"With Louis," he simply answered.

"You're right anyway," I replied, putting another full spoonful into my mouth.

"Can you stop being mad at him?" Jake asked.

"No," I answered without hesitation.

"You're not fighting with Josh anymore," he added.

"There's a reason for that," I grinned like an idiot and looked at him.

"What's the reason?" El was curious.

"That's his choice whether to say or not," I replied, smiling and looking at Len, who was watching me with interest. "Oh, and Len. Find some guitarist for the tour because I don't want to play anymore. It's really boring."

"It will be done, boss," she replied like a soldier.

I just snorted and put the empty bowl on the decorative table.

"So wait, when is the tour?" Jake persisted.

"We leave on February 16th. The tour will continue across Europe, and after a break, it will take place in North America," I explained.

"I told you!" Jake boasted to Louis.

"I told you right away that you'd be right, not Louis," I said.

"Well, what do I have to do for you to forgive me?" Louis whined.

"I told you. You have to figure it out yourself and carry it out," I shrugged.

"Ughh!" he groaned and collapsed into the pillows behind him.

Just then, my phone vibrated, announcing a new message. It turned out to be Harry. What's wrong with him? He's sitting a meter away from me.

H: "Need help! Urgent and important! Beth can't know!"

L: "It will be done"

Thinking about what to do, I jumped onto El.

"Carry me to the kitchen!" I yelled at her, and leaned in close to her ear. "It's important," I whispered very quietly.

"You're really annoying sometimes," she grumbled, lifting me.

"Aha, ask Josh about that," I snorted, and she carried me away.

Finally, she set me on my feet.

"Just take my wallet," I sighed, and from a sort of secret compartment, I pulled out a piece of cake left over from earlier.

"Alright, but you have to tell me everything afterward," she squinted, and I just nodded.

"And where did Len and Gabi go?" I asked before she left.

"I think they're shopping or something similar. I'm glad they g

"What's going on?" she quietly asked.

I turned on the water, pretending to do something.

"Harry needs help, and Beth supposedly can't know," I explained, and after drying my hands, I opened the fridge. "Take Beth to the mall and say you're buying clothes for Valentine's Day. Obviously, Louis will invite you, and Harry will invite her. And add that I was too lazy."

"I don't have money," she replied.eta long," she smiled and, waving to me, left.

With my food, I went back to the guys on the sofa. They immediately started staring at the cake.

"Where did you get it from?" Jake frowned.

"From the fridge?" I raised an eyebrow.

"But we searched it, and there was nothing there," Josh added.

"There's a secret compartment there," I laughed, taking another bite.

"Someday we'll find it," Jake told Josh, as if they had set a life goal. And it's worth it, because there is everything in there. EVERYTHING.

I just laughed at them and kept eating.

"Oh, so what did you need from me?" I asked, turning to Harry.

"Well, it's a serious matter. Listen," he was very nervous even while telling it. "I-I," he stuttered. "I want to...," when he said everything, I put the plate on the table, slowly stood up, gradually walked to the other room, and, closing the door, started screaming.

After a while, I came out, and as if nothing had happened, I slowly sat down and started eating again.

"I didn't expect that kind of reaction," Liam said in surprise.

"Don't talk about it because I could explode at any moment," I growled, and he immediately fell silent.

"Do you have a plan?" I asked the guy.

"No," he shook his head. "And I don't even know what to do," he buried his face in his hands. His hands were shaking either from fear or excitement. I'm not exactly sure yet.

"But I do," I grinned. "You should be glad you have a friend like me."

"I am," he confirmed.

I pulled out my phone and looked up the number I needed.

Noah: "Hello?"

Luanna: "Noah, hello there. Do you still remember me?"

Noah: "How could I not? It's only been a year."

Luanna: "Well, I need your help."

Noah: "Tell me, after what you did to me, I owe you."

Luanna: "You have that big yacht, right?"

Noah: "I do." Luanna: "Great, we'll need it for Valentine's Day."
