This story takes place in a more "grounded" alternate universe setting. To keep stakes meaningful despite the DxD power scale, the following rules are in effect:
Great Magic Suppression
Six centuries ago, the God of the Bible enacted a final miracle: a planetary suppression field, before his death.
The Nerf: All Magic (including Demonic Power and Youjutsu) costs 2x more energy and is harder to master.
The Exceptions: Anything that doesn't fall under the Power System of Magic, such as Jujutsu Sorcery, Senjutsu, or Divinity. Clan Abilities and traits of devils are also exempt from the supression.

Jujutsu Power System
1. Incompatibility: You cannot use both Magic and Cursed Energy (CE). If a Sorcerer is reincarnated into a species like a Devil or Angel, they lose their CE and technique.
2. Domain Expansions: In this AU, Domains affect all supernatural beings. The only people immune are those with absolutely zero supernatural energy.
3. Binding Vows: Only those with CE or Heavenly Restrictions can utilize Binding Vows.
4. Exorcism: Curses can only be properly exorcised via CE or RCT. DxD energy systems can damage Curses through brute force, but it is far less efficient and cannot truly "purify" them.
