Chapter 9 - Chapter 7: The Ride - Unwrapping Intentions

You stepped out of the hotel lobby to find a sleek black SUV waiting at the curb. The windows were tinted, the engine idling quietly like it was in on the secret. The driver stepped out and gave a polite nod.

"Name?" he asked.

You gave it.

He smiled. "Right on time."

The door opened, and cool air swept over you. On the seat was a small matte-black gift bag with silver ribbon tied at the top, a crisp note tucked into the front.

Your pulse spiked. You slid into the back seat, door closing behind you with a soft click. The driver pulled away.

You reached for the bag and opened the note first. "I said you looked good before. But this? This is for me. – Chan"

You shook your head, smiling to yourself, already nervous. Inside the bag: neatly folded black clothing, delicate accessories, and another sticky note labeled "Optional (but highly recommended)."

You pulled out a black satin corset-style crop top — structured but soft, elegant with a little edge, a silver chain belt that glinted just right under the light, a subtle spritz bottle of vanilla + musk perfume, and a Stray Kids VIP lanyard — but the badge inside read:

"CREW – STAGE LEVEL ACCESS"

You swallowed. This wasn't just a seat upgrade. This was backstage.

Your phone buzzed.

Chan :

Don't freak out. Just wanted you close.

Wear what makes you feel confident — but if that top ends up on you, I won't be mad

Hyunjin :

If you wear that top… don't blame us for what we become on stage.

Lee Know :

Stage lights better not hit you before I do.

You stared out the window, heart racing, the stadium already coming into view in the distance. This wasn't just a concert anymore. This was your moment.

The car rolled smoothly through the back entrance of the stadium, passing barricades, security, and clusters of fans you could hear cheering just beyond the fences. But inside the SUV, it was just you, the low hum of the engine, and the black satin top in your lap.

You stared down at it, fingertips brushing the smooth fabric. It wasn't just clothing.

It was a message. A gesture. A choice.

He picked it with purpose. Thought of how it would look on you. How it would make you feel. And whether it was bold or thoughtful—or both—you felt it.

The anticipation. The attention. The care.

You looked at the VIP lanyard again: CREW – STAGE LEVEL ACCESS. This wasn't about being a fan anymore. You were part of their world now.

You took a breath and whispered to yourself, "Alright... let's do this."

Sliding into the top, it hugged you perfectly—structured at the waist, flattering at the neckline. You added the silver chain belt, let down your hair, and dabbed a touch of the perfume to your collarbone. It smelled like confidence and heat and everything this night was becoming.

As you caught your reflection in the car window, you didn't just see the girl from yesterday. You saw someone unforgettable. And you knew—when they saw you? They'd feel it too
