Today is my first day at high school after successfully passing the middle school with 95.05%.The high school I am going to attend today is the best in the entire town so the school administration always pick based on cut off, I'm glad I just somehow managed to enter barely hovering over the edge of the cut off percentage,there is whole 6 high schools in the entire district and among them it's in the top in both with studies and facilities so students from far away villages come to study here as well.
The town is in the south of the district,town hold 3 highschool, one is st.Theressa,where I'm going to attend, second is women's and third is a private high school that built recently providing facility similar to this school especially for students who can afford donation when failed to secure spot on this top highschool,bribe happen in this town too but then again it's a small town so there are not many rich people who live here, even those who have business here rarely stays here,most of high society people lives away and travel through car when there's a need.
This district is a tourist place for nature enthustic,40km away from capital so this place is full of people who couldn't afford luxurious place to rent in capital and also for people who have business here.As for my family,my grandfather (my dad's daddy)had his transfer here as an government official,since then we settled here after we lost our property to my grandfather's brother over a dispute.
My dad didn't become an officer like him,he works in finance at a company based in capital.He leaves home at 7.30am to reach capital then returns at 8pm.My mother is a housewife, being a housewife isn't very uncommon here but my mom wants me to become something she couldn't become, because of this she always stress over my grades.She wanted to study but her father had few money that he provided all for his sons and had few loans as well,that left my mom to her own fate.
My mother dropped me today, because it's my first day,as soon i paired with my middle school friend 'Alicia',my mother left.
It's our first day,many students haven't their uniforms made,so we are wearing casual clothes,my black full sleeve top matching with my black hair,black eyes,black sandal and my black leather bag as well,my slim fit jeans is light blue like my ribbon.Alicia is beautiful as ever,her coppery hair has grown upto her hips during this summer, she's wearing a simple black tee and a slim fit light blue jeans,her ribbon matches with her amber eyes,which is very rare.
As we walks over the hall we saw liril just now,she is from our school,she is acting as if she don't know us,from our middle school,what i know,only 6 girls attending here yet they are acting as if they don't know us.
*Class is about to start*
As we sit,a beautiful blonde came here to sit.It seems that I'm the only one who have short hairs upto shoulder with a ponytail like a nerd.
Alicia greets her saying hello then she introduces me to her,her name is Seraphina.
"How you know her Alicia"
"She is a distant cousin of mine,her mother and my mother used to be cousins as well"
Seraphina shows her hand for a handshake with an innocent smile,I shakes,i am having a good vibe,my high school life definitely going to be the best.That is what i thought.
A new girl with straight brown hair sat down here,she has a short height,we stays silent,then she speaks,we found out she has no known friends here in this school so we added her with us.Her name is yelena.
A beautiful teacher enters,she seems like she is in middle twenties,she have brown hair,hazel eyes with a sharp features,we all are staring at her,she have already a very tall height and yet she's wearing high hills.she put down the attendance record and started to introduce herself.
"Wow such a beautiful voice"
Alicia remarks
"Yeah she's perfect"
I agrees
Then she implies to introduce ourselves pointing to the corner seat from right side of windows.One by one everyone started to introduce themselves.We were at the front seat so it took lot of time to reach at us.I was sitting on the window side so my friends had to introduce first.
It's my time..i thinks to myself when Alicia is about to end her introduction.
I'm excited to get know people and introduce myself too so I stand cheerfully,i can feel everyone's eyes on me.
"My name is Shanaya"
"What..speak again" an impulsive tone
"Shanaya"
I repeats
"What's the weird name, what's the meaning of this,lol"she said with a mocking smile.The classroom burst out of laughter.
What….she just said that.. with that beautiful tone of hers..i didn't expected that,at least she would have asked what's the meaning of this .. instead of directly pointing out her opinion like she knows better.
"Uh..miss..this means.."
Before I complete my words she commands
"Anyway sit down..next you.."
She quickly dismisses and points towards the guy from next bench
WT..hell..you just asked what's the meaning right? Don't want to hear the explanation either? As if shes 100% sure it's a meaningless random name.
I felt offended but what should I do ?says that miss listen to me that will sound like an argument..at the first day of my school? So I politely sat down embarrassed as the guy continues his introduction.
As i sitting down,I saw a blonde guy looking at here with an amusing smirk,his friends are laughing like the rest of the class but he seems more happy,as if he had never faced anything like that in his life,may be possible,he have an aura indeed,guys were surrounded him when we had entered the classroom.May be he's one of the popular type with much known contact.
"Do not feel bad,she didn't listened to you"
Seraphina says.
I nods but i know my image is ruined in the first day of my high school that everyone probably going to remember.As it was the first ever impression.I hope i won't be bullied,no..it won't..I have my new friends as well alongside with my childhood friend.

"At the class, unable to focus"
Everything ruined,thanks to her nonchalant remark now the guys targetting me for humour wherever I goes or whatever I do,as if I am their meme material,they always watch out for everytime.I was so excited to make new friends and i thought my highschool will be a beautiful journey for me but everything just ruined and for who? The woman I thought is angelic from first sight.I looks outside of the window while fuming inside as I heard the boys mentioning my name then laughing.
