Whis shook his head helplessly as he watched Goku's figure shoot off into the distance.
At this moment, Vegeta was undergoing his daily training.
He wore only a pair of black training pants. Hundreds of ultra-high-density metal weighted rings hung from his body, pressing down with terrifying force.
Vegeta was doing one-handed push-ups, his palm firmly planted on the ground.
Since mastering Super Saiyan Blue, Whis had elevated Vegeta's training to an entirely new level.
And Vegeta relished every second of it.
He could clearly feel his strength growing at an unprecedented speed.
Just as Vegeta completed his ten-thousandth push-up—
A familiar aura rapidly approached from afar.
Vegeta slowly raised his head, his brows knitting together.
That presence…
Goku?!
Why was he here?!
The next second, Goku descended from the sky, landing heavily in front of Vegeta.
Boom!
"Vegeta! I finally found you!"
Goku looked at Vegeta's sweat-soaked, dust-covered state, placed his hands on his hips, and burst out laughing.
Vegeta stared at the grinning idiot in front of him, his expression instantly darkening.
"Goku! Why are you here?!"
How did this fool even find this place?!
"Of course I came with Mr. Whis!" Goku said righteously.
Then he crossed his arms and started complaining.
"Vegeta, you're way too sneaky! You secretly came to such an amazing place to train and didn't even tell me! Were you trying to get stronger by yourself and leave me behind?!"
Vegeta's thoughts had been exposed.
His face flushed slightly, and his gaze shifted away.
That… was exactly what he'd been thinking.
"I—I just—" Vegeta opened his mouth, scrambling for an excuse.
"You just what?" Goku pressed.
"I just… forgot!"
The excuse slipped out before Vegeta could stop himself.
"Forgot?!" Goku's eyes widened.
"How could you forget something like this?! Vegeta, do you think I'm three years old?!"
"Hmph!" Vegeta snorted, lifting his chin stubbornly.
"I forgot. So what?"
At this point, he gave up explaining entirely.
What's done is done.
"You… you…!"
Goku clenched his fists, clearly annoyed by Vegeta's attitude.
But his frustration quickly turned into excitement.
"Vegeta, you've gotten way stronger!"
Goku's eyes burned with fighting spirit.
"Perfect! We haven't fought in forever—let's go! Fight me!"
He immediately took a stance, ready to attack.
Vegeta glanced at him calmly, then reached up and unfastened the weighted rings on his body.
Rumble—
Hundreds of metal rings crashed into the ground, carving out deep craters.
"Goku, you're still the same idiot who only knows how to fight. But you came at the perfect time. I'll show you the results of my training over the past year.
And let you truly understand… The chasm-like gap between us now."
A terrifying aura began rising from Vegeta's body.
The two Saiyans stood facing each other at a distance.
"Heh, Vegeta." Goku stretched his wrists and grinned.
"You really hid things well. But that just makes it more fun! Otherwise, it'd be boring to beat you in one move."
Vegeta snorted coldly, crossed his arms, and tilted his chin slightly, looking down on Goku from the corner of his eye.
"Enough talk, Goku. I am no longer the Vegeta of a year ago. Today, I'll let you see—clearly— How far behind you are."
"Heh! I'm getting excited already!" Before Goku finished speaking—
His body trembled violently.
"HAAAAH!"
Golden ki erupted skyward, engulfing him completely.
His black hair turned brilliant gold, standing on end, and his emerald eyes burned with fierce intent.
Super Saiyan!
"Let's warm up with this, Vegeta!"
Goku stomped the ground hard.
Crack!
The earth shattered as he shot forward like a golden cannonball, leaving only an afterimage behind.
His speed was extreme.
However—
Facing this charge—
"Too far off."
Vegeta spoke calmly.
Golden ki also erupted from his body—but his aura was far more condensed, heavier, and terrifying.
Bang!
Goku's vision blurred.
His punch—certain to hit—was casually caught by Vegeta with a single hand.
"What?!" Goku exclaimed.
A crushing force poured from Vegeta's palm.
No matter how hard Goku struggled, he couldn't budge it even an inch.
"Is that all you've got, Goku?" Vegeta sneered.
"Then you've truly disappointed me."
With a flick of his wrist, Vegeta grabbed Goku's arm and hurled him away.
Goku was sent flying, tumbling across the ground.
"Tch…!"
He scrambled back to his feet, shaking his numb arm, his expression finally turning serious.
"So strong… Even in Super Saiyan… he's this much stronger than me?!"
"Show me your real power, Goku."
Vegeta slowly walked forward.
"Otherwise, this fight will end very quickly."
"Don't… underestimate me!" Goku roared, his ki surging once more.
"YAAAAAH!"
Golden lightning crackled around him as his aura exploded outward.
Super Saiyan Two!
"How about this, Vegeta?!"
Seeing this, Vegeta's aura surged as well.
Lightning danced around him as he also entered—
Super Saiyan Two!
BOOM!
Two massive auras collided violently in mid-air.
Shockwaves rippled outward, tearing through the landscape.
"Again!" Goku shouted, charging forward once more.
