Since he currently lacked the core materials, building more was pointless.

With Le Fay's matter settled, Izumi resumed training Megumi Kato, Asia, and the others.
Before long, the next day arrived—and school officially reopened.
As Izumi prepared to step out, he turned toward the two "adorable household mascots" lounging in the living room.
"Alright, you two stay home, got it?"
"I'll be back in the afternoon. Don't wander around!"
"Especially you, Avrora. If you dare sneak outside, I won't spare you~."
"Ophis, keep an eye on her."
"I've already prepared your food in the fridge. Just heat it up and eat."
At his nagging, Avrora—eyes half-closed with sleep—yawned lazily.
"You're so noisy…"
"I'm not going out."
"The outside world is terrifying!"
As she said this, she cast a disgusted glance at the bright sun outside the window.
Just like all vampires, even a True Ancestor like Avrora despised sunlight.
Going out during the day would be torture.
Why would she leave the house when she could sleep or watch TV?
Hearing her retort, Izumi nodded in relief.
With Ophis watching her, at least the trouble index dropped a bit.
After entrusting Avrora to Ophis, Izumi set off toward school with Le Fay and Asia.
Walking beside him, Le Fay tilted her head curiously.
"Izumi-sama, why not let Avrora attend school as well? Is it really alright to leave her at home?"
Izumi shrugged helplessly.
"I'd like to bring her too."
"But are you sure that idiot won't get tricked the moment she steps inside a school?"
"A lot of people know she's the Fourth Primogenitor."
Le Fay froze for a moment—then sighed.
Indeed… Avrora's personality was almost designed for being fooled.
Clumsy, adorable, clueless, and extremely food-motivated.
If someone with ill intentions observed her for even a few days, they could absolutely lure her away.
At least with Ophis guarding her, things were safer.

The students had changed, but the room was the same.

So this was fine.

All the way, he overheard groups of students discussing how the ruins of Saikai Academy would be remodeled into a training ground and junior-division facility.
It made the morning feel oddly peaceful.
