Chapter 6: Gifts and Humiliation

Dominic came to the Song estate several more times under the pretense of visiting his fiancée. But anyone with eyes could tell he wasn't here to see me—he was here to see Sweetie.

"Sweetie, why won't you talk to me anymore?" Dominic frowned, holding several colorful gift boxes, looking somewhat at a loss as he gazed at Sweetie.

Sweetie looked at the various fragrant ointment boxes in his hands and couldn't help biting her lower lip tightly, tears flowing down her face in grievance, her body swaying.

Dominic panicked. He threw down the gift boxes and forcefully turned Sweetie's shoulders, making her look at him. His black eyes were filled with domineering determination.

"Sweetie Song, what are you doing? Are you trying to torture me to death?"

Sweetie cried even harder, tears falling like rain, but she bit her lip tightly and said nothing.

Dominic broke down. He couldn't help but roar: "Sweetie Song! You are my woman! You can only belong to me! I order you to stop crying! If you cry again, I'll take you right here in public!"

My brain short-circuited for a moment. Fortunately, the two of them had already sent all the servants away, otherwise, if this got out, Sweetie would be finished.

But I was still here!

After Dominic said those shocking words, he belatedly realized I was still there like a third wheel.

So he turned his head and threatened viciously: "Sophia Song, if you dare spread half a word of this, I'll cut you into a thousand pieces and send you to hell!"

I smiled mockingly and raised my head. "Okay, okay, you two play. I'll leave right away."

The reason I was in the same room as them was because I was Dominic's fiancée. It wouldn't be proper for a brother-in-law and sister-in-law to be alone together, so they needed me, the legitimate fiancée, as cover.

But if they were about to start their domineering play, it wasn't appropriate for me, the fiancée, to stay as a light bulb.

That day, Sweetie's room seemed to shake. Low roars came from inside, mixed with Sweetie's whimpering cries.

I sat outside and ate a whole pile of sunflower seeds.

Original text: Dominic thoroughly ravished Sweetie for 60 minutes. Sweetie cried until her voice went hoarse.

I clicked my tongue in amazement. "Worthy of being a psycho romance novel's male lead!"

But my poor Sweetie is so delicate—she can't withstand such torment. For Sweetie's sake, I made a big stroke of my pen and changed 60 minutes to 60 seconds.

"Sweetie, you don't need to thank me. This is what your sister should do."

One minute later, Dominic's furious roar came from the room: "WHAT IS THIS? What the hell is happening? How could I... how could I be like this?!"

He raged impotently in the room for a long time, accompanied by the sound of things being smashed and Sweetie's whimpering.

After a few minutes, Dominic came out. But when he saw me sitting in the courtyard eating sunflower seeds, the anger and murderous intent on his face seemed ready to overflow.

"Sophia Song, what are you still doing here? GET OUT!"

I looked up at him innocently. "Where's Sweetie? Why are you the only one coming out?"

Now that Dominic had lost his pride as a man, he was completely irrational with rage and murderous intent. He flipped over the stone table in the courtyard and roared furiously: "GET OUT! GET OUT OF HERE!"

I rubbed my arms, thinking Dominic was simply insane. His little brother wasn't working properly, so why was he yelling at me?

But I was genuinely afraid this psycho male lead might suddenly go berserk and kill me, so I decided to back down.

So I obediently rolled back to my own courtyard.

Later, I heard Dominic had consulted many doctors and even spent a fortune to hire a miracle doctor, but none could cure his 60-second problem.

Dominic went crazy and immediately ordered the entire Imperial Medical Bureau to be executed.

At the critical moment, Sweetie grabbed his hand, her eyes blurry with tears: "Brother Dominic, even if you're fast, I'll always love you. I only care about you as a person."

Dominic's eyes suddenly reddened. He pinched Sweetie's chin, his gaze filled with intense love and possessiveness: "Sweetie, you said it. I'll imprison you by my side forever. You'll never escape."

The two never mentioned falling into the cesspit again. If people weren't still occasionally discussing it, I would have almost forgotten that Sweetie nearly became a poop demon.
