Mahi's POV:
All over my head there wasn't nervousness about getting the promotion it was about the person I seriously didn't want it back in my life when I had it all I had was nervousness surrounded by me I wasn't ready for this this wasn't happening I ensured myself but I was logical enough to not make it obvious just like he did" How can He be so stupid to make it so obvious" God!!! While all this was going through my head.
All I was thinking was about her not a second about the promotion but when the applause broke and finally the position I worked so hard for was finally mine I wasn't exactly happy still in my head " The familiar stranger"
was hovering around. And when they are closed through the first person I look to was him and I hate myself for that.
Then Priyan came over and said you got what you deserve he said in a good way .
Then Madam Rohini hugged me and told me that I deserved it anyway.There was Roohi who was even more happy than me she got me flowers and many other employees senior or juniors congratulated me and they all went by but I was waiting for him don't know why I hated him more than life I can't stand him he destroyed everything still I was waiting for him God what's wrong with me.....
I was thinking all this and the auditorium was going empty and then when I was talking to roohi he came by and said " Congratulations Ma'am " with a professional tone and I just nodded and left I can't maintain an eye contact with a person i hate I can't stand the idea of him whatever he destroyed I can't forget it and forgive.
"Do he even realize what he did to me I don't think so but now I just want him to leave!"
I was in my own thoughts when somebody said " Forget the flower 's Ma'am?"
