A Saiyan's resolve against all odds

A loud piercing roar sounds out on planet Vegeta moments later followed by a loud bang as a Saiyan pod crashes onto the planet.The pod opens and out steps a man named Kol bloody and beated to a pulp from his last mission on a now destroyed planet.Kol's pov"Frieza that bastard set us up he sent me and my squad to that planet to die the information we were given was all wrong we were ambushed and nearly wiped out....I'm all that's left of my squad that bastard will pay."Kol quickly gathers his thoughts coming to his senses knowing right now there's nothing he can do to avenge his fallen comrades he knows soon he too will die either on another mission or on this planet Vegeta with the rest of his kind.Kol slowly staggers away from the pod and in the direction of a nearby healing facility to treat his injuries.When Kol finally reaches the facility guards stop him to ask about the rest of his squad and what happened to on his mission knowing it shouldn't have been that serious and thinking the mission was relatively safe and easy for the average saiyan.Kol scoffs to weak to explain everything and knowing it wouldn't matter if he did they'd never believe a low class warrior anyways as he pushes past them and readies himself in a healing pod as it fills with green liquid he falls unconscious.Hours later Kol awakens now healed and exits the pod he stretches to get rid of the stiffness and flies towards his home not knowing how much time he has before Frieza shows the saiyan's his real intentions.Kol land outside a small house in the middle of nowhere being a low class Saiyan he didn't exactly have much but he liked to keep to himself so it didn't matter if he was isolated away from everyone else he preferred it like that while he trained to prove them wrong.Kol enters the house inside is another pod that appears to be a smaller version of the healing pod he was in before and inside a small boy resides a newborn infant with the words Wayne etched on the top of the pod.Kols gaze falls onto the infant as he speaks,"Wayne I'm sorry I probably won't be in your life to guide you or see you grow but I leave everything to you the Saiyan race can't die out I refuse to let it grow strong Wayne strong enough to protect everything that matters to you."Kol's breath comes out uneven and rough as his emotions surge knowing he can't protect himself or his race from Frieza but promises he'll at least save his son.Meanwhile Wayne suddenly gains consciousness in slowly opening his eyes seeing his father's hand on the glass and green liquid surrounding himself as he spots a tail on Kol.Wayne inner thoughts"What the fuck happened am I dreaming why the hell can't I talk God the last thing I remember is falling asleep on the couch reading a dragon ball fanfic on my phone."
