Lisa turned to the trembling woman, and her face was set with determination.
"You will do what I asked you to do. You will obey my commands, and on no account will you tell either Curtis or that bitch anything. Have I made myself clear?" she snapped Lara's maid.
Benny whimpered inwardly at the bite I'm Lisa's voice. The old woman was scared, but she was determined not to give in to Lisa's ridiculous demands.
"Mr. Curtis is my boss, and Madam Lara is the person I serve. They are both good to me, and it would be very ungrateful to them if I accept to do what you asked me to do. That's just wrong," she insisted.
Lisa snorted derisively.
"You have the guts to lecture me about what is wrong and what is not? Have you lost your mind? Are you fucking insane?"
Lisa's hands was curling into fists as she glared at Benny, and Benny knew that Curtis mother was at the verge of erupting with anger.
But Benny was not willing to back down. But before she could speak, Lisa went on.
