"Greetings, Young Lady," The head steward waiting outside greeted Feng Yu.
"How's father?" She asked.
"Master Ru has woken up. All his wounds are healed, and he is currently talking with Elder Jing," The head steward answered while bowing.
'Thank god…' Yi Chen sighed in relief. However, a trace of anger flashed in his eyes when he heard Elder Jing's name, and his hands clenched unconsciously.
Even though she had a connection with Feng Yu now, it still didn't sit well with him that she was so heavy-handed earlier with not only him but also Feng Yu's father.
Feng Yu was immediately able to sense the clenching of Yi Chen's fists, but despite noticing this, she didn't say anything.
"Alright, no need to escort us in," Feng Yu told the head steward the next moment, and with Yi Chen in tow, went inside the quarter.
