Chapter 4 - help emotion? motivational

All right so I guess I hope everybody has enough power to go through it whatever you're going through somebody else's going through it and I'm not saying that somebody else has it always be as well I guess that that probably passed your mind if it didn't you're welcome I put it in your mind hahaha hehehe God this will make me laugh so hard I'm making fun of myself right now anyways you can always go through it and if you can't find somebody to talk to you right about it I know writing about it sounds really stupid but honestly I find it better for myself and I read about it till I sold it don't feel it anymore and I guess this is just so I don't know that way with me acknowledging it while basically ignoring it and what sort of reminds me of it is the song Enchanted I don't know just like you're living life may not feel like it's not worth it but it is in the end whether you found the comfort and TV books or whatever you do you have the right to choose lover life feelings heart brain thoughts if you can't encourage yourself enough you can always go through writing it down telling someone anyone whether you're imaginary lover or your real one a random person off the street texting them or 988 there's always going to be someone there to talk to you and I hope you know that or talk to yourself talk to you Mary talk to your camera record it don't record it just seen it out or don't struggling with something anything it's going to happen it's normal to struggle with anxiety stress eating disorder okay maybe not the eating disorder but a lot of people have it insecurities I'm not going into that because that gets too emotional but you're just human your life creature and you're not just a human you're a human especially human with a name hopefully and if you don't have when you can get one a paranoid human that's what life no matter how much they rejected the world is moving no matter how much you can't see there's always color even if you're blind you see in the shades while the word turns sometimes no matter if it feels like it's going to fast for you and you can't catch up going to slow when you're going too fast take your time or take it out your pages to go as fast you can head that ground running or walking and yes you are judged by everyone but something that you need to remember is your biggest critic is yourself and no one's going to do it that more than you are you have a heart and use that use it to love yourself love yourself more in anyone can and if you can't do it for yourself find someone to help you do it with you not just them everybody has a heart no matter how big of a woman they are men or whatever their own is they all have a heart and they all need protecting from this world you were born into it and it's a cool place and you need to find love whether within yourself your art your writing painting poetry's music TV manga people house Comfort or whatever love yourself more than you can criticize it or try you don't have to do it exactly I mean nobody can love yourself more than you guys but you're doing good but never better or worse than somebody else you crave people you crave and advice you crave it and you take it in
