A meeting is being held; in this meeting, the topic being discussed is the new arrivals of Otherworlders this year.
Every three months, this meeting will commence, where Nobles, Royalty, guild masters, and other influential people within the continent join together.
"Alright everyone, quiet up, the meeting will now proceed." A man with silver hair said, making the other 19 people in this meeting follow his words.
This man will be the one to inherit the throne of the king of the kingdom of Sera.

"Well then, let's go with the eastern part of the continent first." He said, making those Eyes responsible for this area to move forward to the meeting.
The way this meeting goes is very simple.
Having such things going on for more than a few centuries already, the people have grown tired of the long meetings where most of the time, they didn't get anything done right.
In order to get rid of this, the meeting is now held by having the 20 people sit around in a circle, in the center, three mages are within it waiting for the Eye to move forward.
The three mages are specialized in three categories: Illusion, Memory, and Analysis magic, who are responsible for making this meeting progress.
The Eye are the people who keep on watching over the Otherworlders, who would then move forward to the center of the meeting, where the three mages then used their magic on them.
The moment the mages did their magic, the illusion mage would recreate the things the Eye is recalling, with the help of the memory mage spell, while the analysis mage would ensure the credibility of it.
Where the Eye will then explain their findings on this Otherworlder they have been watching over all this time to the people within this meeting.
In this explanation of theirs, they will tell everything they learn about this Otherworlder they are watching over, from the basics such as; name, age, and gender.
How they appeared in this world of theirs. What their habit and acts have been since they got here, and what they have been doing since.
Their physical traits, such as what color their skin is, their height, body type, and whether they're fat or thin. Whether they have curly or straight hair, or what their eyes look like.
And finally, their Danger level which goes from F to SSS rank.
This is the most important of them all, since all Otherworlders held some kind of power that one cannot underestimate.
There are many explanations on how an Otherworlder has their power, the most common of these is:
When a God gives them every possible power there is, such as giving them all four elements and even elements like space, time, light, and darkness itself.
Another reason is that this Otherworlder already has experience with magical abilities even before getting into this world; some went through hell and came here, or some were just loved by the system itself.
In this moment, the one being discussed by one of the many Eyes in front of everyone, is from a Murim world, who is also from the demon alliance.
As the Eye continues to explain, each member around the table is making their rating on this person.
Once the Eye of this person is done with their explanation, the ratings of all 20 in the table would be joined, and finally give the Murim warrior their danger rating.
"Alright, everyone, from the joint rating for the Murim warrior, Jin Woo, will have a danger rating of B-S," Seuren said, hearing this everyone in the circle started to write this down.
This is the normal reaction for this, because of the rating B-S.
B signifies the shown danger level of the Murim warrior, on what the Eye has seen all this time.
While the S meaning is what the Eye expected of Jin Woo's true danger level if he showed his true strength.
From this, the other Eyes continued to report all kinds of Otherworlders, from different worlds such as:
The married couple from the Vampire apocalyptic world.
A mage from another world like this, but doesn't have a system.
A Hunter from Earth, in the era of Dungeons and Mana.
A Cultivator from a zombie apocalyptic world.
And many more, finally after ten more Otherworlders were explained, Nine's Eye came forward.
You might be asking, why does the rating of the people in the circle matter when this world follows the rule, where one's Level signifies strength?
Well, easy, Otherworlders are known for not following the rules of the world they are on, there are some cases where an Otherworlder showed some kind of power beyond their level, they should be at.
An example of this is an Otherworlder from the third continent, when he came into this world, he didn't become an adventurer or anything where he needed to kill a monster.
Instead, he became a farmer, for years, the Eye that was watching this man never felt any kind of power from him.
One day, this man's wife and kids were killed by the prince of the Kingdom of the continent he was living on.
The Eye that was watching over this man witnessed him erase the entire land where the kingdom was, gone in twenty minutes after he learned of the death of his family.
It is said that on this day, the third continent map had to be redone completely because of this.
"Thank you for your work," Seuren said to the Eye of Nine, signaling him to start his report.
As the mages used their magic on him, Nine entire figures appeared before everyone in the room, along with the basic information of Nine:
