The night was silent, and the moon was in the sky. The light of the moon made the ground glow, and snow covered everything. The silence of the night was broken by the sound of two soldiers talking to each other.
The first soldier was a big man with a big sword. The second soldier was not that big; he was an archer. They were dragging a dead body with them. The body was of a young man. It was not clear if he was dead or alive, but a lot of blood was coming out from his body.
The archer said, "God damn it! What the hell is this? Why should we throw away this body?"
The big soldier looked at him with an angry face and said, "You speak too much."
The archer replied, "Don't be angry, bro. Let's do this work fast and go to bar for something, bro."
The sword man said, "We are close to the cave. I can feel that bad smell now. Let's throw this body and get out of this snow hill."
The archer took the legs of the boy, and the sword man took his hands, and they threw the body into the cave. The sword man said, "We are done here. Now let's go."
The archer said, "Fine." And both soldiers left the cave.
The boy's body fell in the cave, on top of another dead man's body. The cave was full of dead bodies, with a bad smell of blood. Most of the dead bodies had turned to ice, and darkness covered the entire cave. Only a little light came from the moon into the cave.
The boy started breathing, and a weak sound came out from his mouth. "Where am I? My body hurts. All of my bones are broken. I can't get up from this place. Why did it have to be me? I remember the attack of the black dragon Emore on my village. The village... they killed everyone. My dad saved me, but he was also killed. And soldiers took me alive. After a few weeks of beating and breaking my bones, now they throw me in this cursed cave. At least they should have killed me. Now I should die from this ice and this bad smell."
Ryan was breathing very weakly. It was the end of his life. Ryan, so this is how it ends. All my life ends because someone said I don't accept this. He tried to get up and go out from the cave. I will kill all of the soldiers. I will take revenge. He stood up; blood poured from his body. But very soon, he felt both his legs stop working, and he fell again.
Ryan screamed with a big sound.
At this time, a light appeared in the cave. A golden light from a girl appeared, with golden wings, wearing white clothes with a golden crown on her head. All the bad smell of the cave disappeared. Light took over all around.
The girl said with a nice sound, "I am the Angel of Death. Your life has ended in this world, Ryan, son of Hercules. Take this flower of paradise. Come with me, Ryan, to paradise." The angel held out her hand, offering the flower.
All the pain from his body and his broken bones was gone. He didn't feel any pain. He tried to take the flower, but a scary sound came.
"Ryan, do you really want to take this flower and go to paradise?"
Ryan looked to his back. He saw an old man with dark clothes that covered his body. A crown of black shadow and fire was on his head.
Ryan said, "I know you, old man. You are the old man from the jail, but you were dead! I remember!"
The old man smiled and said, "Do you really want to know why I am alive? It does not matter at all."
The angel said with a scared sound, "Why are you here? This is against the rules of paradise! You can't make a deal with this boy! He is already accepted for paradise!"
The old man smiled. The angel felt the pressure of his dark aura. The angel went back and said, "Ryan, there is no good place like paradise. You can meet your family and everyone there you love. You can have an endless life. Don't make any mistakes. All of your life was 15 years in this world. You lived a very good life; you were kind. But now, this evil man wants you to become evil like him."
Ryan looked into the angel's eyes and said, "Can I ask you something, Angel?"
The angel said, "Yes, you can, Ryan."
"If I meet my mom, how can I tell her I'm sorry? Because I couldn't protect her."
The angel said, "Your mom will forgive you. But it is not your mistake. She died because it was in her fate."
"What about my dad? He also died because I was weak. He was killed saving me. How can I look into his eyes?"
The angel said, "It does not matter now. They will all forgive you. It was their fate. But if you make a deal with this man, you will break the rules of the world, and in the end, you will go to hell."
Ryan said with an angry voice, "Fate? I don't accept this fate! I don't believe this! I will make my own fate! I will break these rules! And I will write my fate with blood!"
The angel said, "You are crazy! You prefer hell over paradise?"
Ryan looked at the old man. "What will you give me, old man, if I make a deal with you?"
The old man said, "Power. The power that you can break the fate of this world."
The old man came close to Ryan and gave his hand to Ryan. Ryan took the hand of the old man, and darkness covered the entire cave. The wind went crazy, ice broke, and all the darkness from the old man's hand went into the hand of Ryan. The angel disappeared into the darkness.
Ryan opened his eyes again. He was not in the cave now; he was in a dark room with torches of black fire. The old man sat there and said, "Ryan, let's make our deal perfect."
The old man showed his fingers to Ryan and said, "Become the Soul Hunter."
