Ragna felt indignant; he didn't know why he had been reborn, but he thought it would be a pity if he didn't make proper use of this new life. While he was thinking he confirmed that his body was fully healed and no longer hurt.
He sighed,
'I guess I will just have to make the best out of this new life and take it one step at a time.'
The essential thing to him was to become stronger and quickly regain his original world level of strength.
With him becoming a cursed one, Ragna was more worried than happy; however, there was nothing he could do. Nevertheless, he still hoped that the aftereffect of becoming a cursed one was not as severe as it was in his original world.
These were the only thoughts he had in his mind.
Ragna turned his head to finally take a proper look at the interface in front of him, and read the messages.

When Ragna went through the message he couldn't help but have a foreboding, something about it didn't bode well with him. Nevertheless, he still went ahead to read the rest of the messages he had gotten.
[Cursed fragment soul is bound to the Cursed one, and as such except the cursed one dies, the cursed fragment soul will forever be bound to you, till death do you apart!]
[Cursed one can now access an infinite amount of cursed fragment souls, killed by himself. Once bound to you, their powers will be automatically absorbed by you, however, you will be plagued by their resentment!]
Just as he was wondering what those words meant, suddenly, as if something had awakened in him, Ragna felt his head begin to throb painfully; however, it didn't take long for the reason for the pain to be revealed.
*'Wait, am I alive?'*
*'I clearly remember committing suicide?'*
A voice resounded, a voice coming from Ragna's head said, with reverie and confusion, as though it had just woken up from some deep sleep.
*'Guess I am alive, it seems I was unable to achieve a quick death. Well, at least I should just enjoy the quietness before I go.*
"No kid, you're more dead than dead." Ragna retorted, as if talking to someone.
From everything that had happened so far, he would be living under a rock if he said he wasn't aware of what was currently happening.
Just like the system said, he was currently cursed, and as far as the voice was concerned it was the cursed soul fragment he had absorbed from rebirthing in this body.
There was a moment of silence after he said that, as if the voice in his head was in deep thought trying to process his words.
'Who are you?'
'What happened to my body?'
From the cursed fragment soul's point of view, he knew the current person was not the one who killed him, but had something to do with why he was still conscious even though he was clearly dead.
"Urgh, you're just a fragment of your soul left behind after you died, and currently bound to me cause I took over your body. At this point, you're just a cursed, fragmented soul; you're neither dead nor alive."
Confused by all these words, the cursed fragment soul kept quiet.
"Let me make something clear, I did not take over your body because I wanted to, nor am I going to take revenge on the people who had bullied you."
That was a lot… to digest.
However, Ragna didn't exactly care; first of all, he felt the need to let the previous soul know he was already dead, in case he wanted to put on some form of resistance to let it know it was useless.
Secondly, just because he transmigrated into the body of the kid, he wasn't going to start a sort of revenge spree. Thirdly, he wasn't the same as the previous Ragna.
Another thing was that even though he had expected this to happen, due to him being a cursed one, too, in his previous world. Ragna still felt his head ache just by the thought of another person living in his head rent-free.
He felt like he was cursed, even though he literally was.
Seeing as the voice was stupefied and had gone silent, Ragna thought it was normal; the shock must have been so great for the fragment's cursed soul.
Nevertheless, it wasn't his concern as long as it didn't bother him, he would consider it to never have existed. He soon focused his attention on the system, since those messages weren't the only ones he received.

He seemed to have begun to get the hang of the system, as he thought seamlessly.

Even though Ragna was expecting his attributes to be quite low due to the previous Ragna being unable to awaken any ability, his expression couldn't help but darken a bit, as he wondered what his Attributes were before he had evolved to a cursed one.
Ragna had a thoughtful expression, he had longed thrown the questions of 'why the cursed system had followed him to this world and whatnot' at the back of his mind, since he was aware it had something to do with his rebirth in this world.
For someone who had lived for centuries as a cursed one, he knew better than anyone that his agony and misery had just begun, so he wasn't going to start beating himself up with these thoughts.
Afterwards, he thought about the skills and abilities, just like the first time, stats and attributes adjusted themselves for skills and attributes to be displayed.

Ragna had a dark look on his expression as he saw the skills and abilities interface. While he understood the previous Ragna had been unable to awaken any ability, he didn't expect even with him becoming a cursed one, for his abilities and skills aspect to be basic.
Ragna was once again exasperated, not only were his abilities basic, but he did not rebirth any of his previous abilities in this world.
