"Ajax, did you bring the bottle of water I asked you for?" (William)
"Ah! Water, yes, I have it here!" (Ajax)
Ajax reacted to William's words, quickly uncorked the bottle and poured water over William's hands. It was rudimentary, but it would do until they could get soap and water to clean his hands completely.
William's claws shrank and the blood was washed away. It all belonged to the Imp. With his right hand, he pierced his chest, and with his left, he crushed Anger's head.
"Divina, could you put the little one to sleep?" (William)
"Sure, do you want me to make him forget all this?" (Divina)
"Can you?" (William)
"It will be easy with the boy, but the girl may remember some things." (Divina)
Divina quickly walked over to Toby. She didn't need to touch him. A metre away from him, she knelt down to his height and pink mist came out of her lips.
"Sleep and forget everything that happened today, tomorrow, and forever." (Divina)
The moment Divina's words ended, Toby looked like a puppet with broken strings. He fell onto a bed of moss and dry leaves, his expression finally relaxing.
"Done. No more blood?" (Enid)
Enid was anxious, she had turned around and covered her eyes with her hands, looking like a frightened bunny, a blonde and colourful one.
"At least there aren't any in Will's hands anymore." (Ajax)
Ajax quickly stepped aside, not wanting to get in the way of Enid as she ran towards William.
"I'll do the usual check-up." (Enid)
"All right." (William)
William smiled. Enid's concern for him showed how much she loved him, and this was almost a ritual for both of them.
Not caring about the looks of the others, Enid lifted William's white hoodie and then his T-shirt, running her fingers over his muscles, chest, abdomen, arms, neck, and even checking his legs.
"Good, no injuries you've been hiding from me." (Enid)
After verifying that William hadn't hidden any serious injuries from her just out of some strange male pride, Enid calmed down.
"I wasn't afraid of you, I just can't stand blood and that kind of thing very well."
Those words were whispered so that only William could hear them as he hugged her.
"I know, and that's why I love you... I would kiss you if we weren't surrounded by our friends and two injured people."
William sadly couldn't hug Enid properly, as his hands still felt dirty and somewhat sticky, so he simply accepted Enid's hug, who quickly blushed upon hearing his words.
"Yoko, how is the girl?" (William)
"She just lost a little blood and fainted. This creature didn't damage any major veins."
"Vampire stuff. They teach us these things at home." (Yoko)
Yoko didn't care about the blood. After shining the light from her mobile phone on Valerie's wound, she examined it and responded to her friends' questioning looks.
"Divina, what about the boy?" (William)
"He's fine. His wounds look bad, but none of them are serious." (Divina)
"I'll start by treating the boy, then I'll move on to the girl." (William)
William walked over to the boy and placed a finger on his neck. In a matter of seconds, his wounds closed on their own, leaving not even a scar in their place. It even seemed that his breathing had improved.
"What happened before we got here?" (Ajax)
Curiosity was killing Ajax, who limited himself to shining his light on the boy while William healed his wounds.
"It was an Imp, an unusual creature of European origin that can be thought of as a fairy tale demon, small in size but fast, swift, and as strong as a grown man."
"And this thing was here in Jericho, attacking children and girls." (Enid)
"Like the goblins from last time, they were originally from Spain." (William)
"Apparently, they were extremely cruel." (Divina)
Divina felt sorry for the little boy. The wounds were on his neck, arms, and legs, but luckily his clothes were not badly damaged.
"According to my deduction, it first attacked and kidnapped the boy at the festival, tortured him before proceeding to eat him, which gave the girl enough time to catch up with them by following their trail of struggle. I arrived right after, following the smell of blood."
"What shall we do with them?" (Ajax)
"You will help me with the girl, and someone can take the boy." (William)
"I'll do it." (Divina)
Harvest Festival - Picnic Table.
"Here's your order: French fries, skewers, three burgers and two hot dogs."
A friendly waitress left several disposable plates on the table. She was wearing a cap, but some of her brown hair was sticking out at the sides. She was quite pretty.
"Call me if you have time." *Whisper and wink* (waitress)
As soon as William and the others thanked her, she left after giving William a smile and a wink.
"I'll keep this." (Enid)
Enid tore off a napkin attached to William's food order and crumpled it up. It was the waitress's personal phone number, Sindy, written next to some hearts.
William didn't know what the napkin said, so he just thanked Sindy with a polite smile before looking at his phone.

[He fell asleep in the car after vomiting] (Tony)
[I told him not to eat so many sweets.] (William)
"Should we have just left them on a bench?" (Ajax)
"Call the police. They should have returned the child to his mother by now." (William)
"You're right, someone posted that they found them both unharmed, asleep." (Enid)
Enid showed her phone to everyone. People were thanking God and sending good wishes to the mother and son through messages. With the recent bear attacks, people feared the worst.
30 minutes later - Darts stand.
*Pop* *Pop* *Pop* *Pop* *Pop*
The coloured balloons burst after William threw a dart at them. It might have seemed complicated, but it was just a matter of practice.
"Which prize would you like, sir?" (Manager)
"I want that coffin pillow." (Yoko)
The manager obliged and brought back a coffin-shaped pillow covered with drawings of spider webs and bats. The whole group had rested and eaten before continuing their stroll through the festival.
"Will and Yoko, smile!" (Enid)
Enid raised her mobile phone camera, while William stuck out his tongue and Yoko gave the middle finger. William was dressed in white with a golden dragon on his hoodie and Yoko was dressed in black with sunglasses, creating a striking contrast between the two.
"Now who wants to go on the Ferris wheel?" (Divina)
"We still have a couple of hours before we have to go back." (William)
"Let's try most of the rides." (Ajax)
"There are a couple of rides I want to try." (Enid)
Jericó General Hospital.
"Wow, whoever did this knew what they were doing." (Doctor)
"What do you mean, Doctor?" (Nurse)
Look at this fracture here, they damaged the bone perfectly so that our patient will never walk without limping again, and this one here, Mr. Carson's, he won't be able to hold a glass of water without shaking."
In the X-ray room, a white-haired doctor and a nurse were talking to each other as they looked at a couple of X-rays on a light box, a screen that allowed them to see the X-rays better.
"A small mistake could cause a bone splinter to pierce a major vein, and they probably won't make it to the hospital in time." (Doctor).
Room 245
"Are you sure you don't want to file a complaint about the assault you suffered?" (Officer)
"The last thing I want right now is to have the police hanging around me. I already have enough problems with my boss." (Bob)
"I'm sure, officer. I was a little drunk and tripped over something. It's no one's fault." (Bob)
(They don't sell alcohol at the festival, but it's not like I care what happens to this kind of scum.) (Garcia)
Officer Garcia recognised Bob immediately. Several previous reports and arrests showed him what kind of person Bob was and what he did for a living: a small-time gang member in a local gang.
Harvel Festival, Car Park.
"All aboard, everyone, time to go back to your academy." (Toby)
Yoko, Divina and Enid sat in the back seats, Ajax would have to return on the Nevermore bus, Eugene slept right next to Tony, who had turned off his music so as not to wake him.
"But they did win in the rankings, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't let them play next year." (Tony)
"If they were going to ban anyone, it would definitely be Will." (Divina)
The entire back of the car was filled with stuffed animals and pillows, most of them belonging to Enid, although there were a few from Divina and Yoko among them. William had won most of them for them.
(The cat they brought wasn't black, so why is it white now?) (Tony)
William, in the form of a cat, rested comfortably in Enid's hands as she rubbed his ears.
