Drew was wheeled inside the hospital, treatment was commenced immediately, knowing very well the status of the patient in their care , the doctor's dare not make any mistakes. Lucas ran along with them but was stopped by the nurses because family members aren't allowed inside emergency room, they took Drew in while Lucas paced back and front outside the emergency room waiting for the doctor's to come out. The doctor after one hour finally came out, Lucas scanned his expression, it wasn't gloomy, at least he's relieved that the worst didn't happen, he rushed to the doctor asking him how the situation was, the doctor removed his surgical mask and asked him to follow him to his office, Lucas hesitated for a seconds before following behind him
" Mr Drew is out of danger now!!", the doctor announced after taking his seat. Lucas heaved a sigh of relief.
" Good..... thanks....for your hard work", Lucas sincerely thanked the doctor, the old man shrewd, knowing Lucas well, he dare not apologize to anyone talk more of thanking...well it seems their bond is quite unique
" But..... (He brought out a file and passed them to Lucas, who opened and read them carefully) Mr Drew is four weeks pregnant.....the foetus was still small and considering it was a male pregnancy high risks of miscarriage often occurs during first trimester....it was a threatening abortion, but thank JAH, he was brought on time it would have been more serious than this", the doctor briefed Lucas on Drew's situation. Lucas stared blankly at those papers, he wondered how terrified Drew must have been if he miscarried his child and he was the cause of it....sigh, the thoughts alone weakened him to his bone... though he was surprised at first hearing such news, but giving that Drew was an omega he was likely to conceive at any time. He took the results and walked out from the doctor's office, he stopped at Drew's ward , he stared at him through the door, as he was still sleeping, he sat waited outside until his parents arrived before he returned back to his villa.
Jade saw Lucas parents leaving in a hurry, he wondered where they were rushing to. Jade waited all night...but Lucas didn't return. Every morning the couples left and only return after he must have gone to bed, he didn't know what was happening, for five good days he didn't see Lucas neither did he get to talk to his parents. Jade left the mansion and return to the home he was staying with Alina, though he informed Alina about his whereabouts, though he didn't mention the particular person he was staying with, but the girl still cautioned him for staying out even when he was hiding.
Lucas left office at 9:15 PM, he drove straight to the hospital. Drew was still sleeping when he arrived, he begged his parents to return home to rest which the accepted after much persuasion, since the have guest at home it will be bad to leave him all alone so the left leaving Drew at the care of Lucas. He sat beside Drew, held his hand and fondled with them, though he was wearing a poker face but deep down he was feeling sorry
" Drew are you planning to die!!...it seems you are only good at disappearing...if you don't wake up now I won't re..., he was still speaking when he heard a ding!!! Sound in his ear, as if something was calling for him, Lucas looked down.....that was when he realised he was holding Drew's hand, he wanted to withdrew his hands not wanting to pry into his privacy but .... something kept calling him, curiously he slowly closed his eyes, his Tortems began to reflect on his forehead, Drew's hand shown brightly as well, indicating that both had been successfully connected. From Lucas closed eyes, you could see his eyes twitching and his expression turning dark. After what felt like enternity, Lucas finally opened his eyes, immediately he withdrew his hands from Drew and kept his distance, horror and anger spread all over his face, he stared deadly at Drew and clenched his fists tightly, for the sake of his parents he didn't kill him that instant, he just refrain himself from staying too close to him, to avoid strangling him to death, as his inner being was howling to destroy him. Lucas didn't want to believe the things he saw.....but the were actually real. ' why would Drew dare to hurt him, though from the things he saw it wasn't meant to kill him but kidnapping and hiding every omega around him was hurting him as well because such case could be labelled as a serial killing and he will be the first to be arrest. Drew was been possessive of him yet harming him unknowingly.... among everything he saw, from the knowing that Drew loved him and was planning to conceive his child to his kidnapping and hiding those omega nothing angered him more than him using jade to destroy him, he sent an innocent boy up to the mountain just to get a video of his falling of the cliff just to be sure I was actually pushed so he could be beside me, he took advantage of a young boy looking for money and after using him he still dared to destroy him (scoffed), I knew someone so weak and fragile like jade wouldn't dare harm nor kill someone.....this isn't love , this is pure evil.... you can't love me yet harming the people around me, you dared pushed me of the cliff just to be around me by taking care of me.... you are a lunatic Drew...you still shamelessly fucked with an innocent young Alpha and still claimed that you love me!!!", Lucas kept yelling at the unconscious man before him.
He took his jacket to leave , then speaking of the devil, here comes his voice, because of his parents.....just because of his parents ,
" Lucas wait!! Are you leaving already", Drew asked the moment he opened his eyes and saw Lucas. Lucas gnashed his teeth tightly but still maintain a calm composure.
" My business here is done, you are awake now....why would I still be here!!", Lucas replied. Drew noticed the anger in his tone, he stood up and wanted to alight from the bed but was held back by the drip infused in him
" Don't go yet!..... please, call in the e doctor, I want to know my condition so I can go home with you, please!!... you know I don't like staying at the hospital", Drew said while reaching out to Lucas.
" How is that my business", Lucas replied, he walked to the hospital drawer beside his bedside, he pulled it open brought out a file and threw them at Drew, it fell on his body, Drew picked them and read the content
" What does this mean!!!", Drew asked not understanding what he just read.
" It means that you are pregnant and you just had a threatening abortion but you are safe now....why!!!!...are you surprised?!!!!!.... didn't you get fucked!!..... wasn't pregnancy allowed to occur ", Lucas mocked with a stern face. Drew withered by his words alone, his face turned pale...this shouldn't be happening
" Call in the doctor, I need an abortion!!!!...I can't carry any child that doesn't belong to....." He couldn't bring himself to finish the sentence.
" That doesn't belong to me right!!!" Lucas completed the words for him , Drew's eyes widened in shock.
" Wha..... what.....are you talking about", Drew stuttered, pretending not to understand what Lucas was saying...' but how did he find out!!!!'
" Too late, you didn't get to fucked by me so carrying my child isn't happening in this life time.....but I assure you, you will pay dearly for all did to me and those around me.....it's up to you if you abort your child or not but remember to inform the Alpha dad first , if you don't want to go to an early grave by murdering the child of an Alpha without his consent", Lucas said then left the room. Hot beads of tears started streaming down Drew's eyes
" You will be the only father to my child!!!!!!!!!!!!, I swear to make it happen!!!!!!!, it isn't over yet!!!!!!", Drew screamed with tears at Lucas who was far gone.
