Dang... what a point to be in...
Usually, I write small author's notes or leave some comments at the end of chapters, but this one just feels entirely different.
It's my very first afterword, after all.
Since HotD:oG! is the very first "book" I actually finished writing.
And yes, some of you probably hate the ending but it is what it is.
It's a bad book, so the end's gonna be bad.
The last few paragraphs are pretty much the next arcs that I would've tackled but decided on not doing so... cause it felt redundant and just dull to do.
I didn't even consider the decimation of the Greens cause what can they even do?
And honestly, I just didn't have much juice in me.
For these past few months of not publishing... I was focused on my thesis and then the defense. Goodness, that's over...
But I have... like internships and stuff coming up... and hopefully it's a straight shot to being a graduate.
Literally tense times for me.
In any case... thanks for reading till the end and thanks for leaving your one-star reviews.
Your comments and your many paragraph comments also helped a lot in encouraging me to actually get here.
And oddly enough, someone amongst you actually found my hidden Ko-Fi account and donated about 50 bucks of coffee a while back...
It was such a surprise that I actually promised to finish the story then and there.
Thankfully, I kept that promise. Eventually.
