Some time after taking the entrance exam, the acceptance email finally arrived in my inbox. That was the moment I discovered it wasn't just any college but a prestigious university. Being located in London certainly explained the caliber of the institution.
Before long, I found myself preparing for departure.
"Vince will continue as your personal driver," Colter announced as we crowded into the elevator with my luggage.
Standing behind me, I tilted my head backward to meet his gaze. He looked down at me, though from this angle I could only glimpse his strong jawline.
"He's actually coming to London with me?" I questioned, maintaining the uncomfortable position despite the growing strain in my neck.
"Absolutely."
Caleb's hand found the back of my neck, gently guiding it forward. "Stop that. You could seriously injure yourself."
David's fingers traced along my nape, shooting Caleb a knowing smirk. "Our precious little rose isn't quite that delicate, Caleb."
