The sun rises and sets with every passing day. Winds blow across the land, from the winter cold to the gentle spring breeze. Sunlight shines from the mountains above to the green fields below.
When night comes, the moon brings darkness to the once bright land, stars forming animals in the sky. People in these lands worked day and night, creating settlements through many generations. Summer harvests gathered rations for the approaching winter.
Over time, people made rules to follow, becoming sheep in the flock. Conforming keeps society stable, bringing life with minor struggle. But among the timid sheep who follow are the rare wolves who hunt, breaking social agreements.
Wolves, through betraying the sheep, reveal themselves and suffer. Their names slandered, receiving banishment, facing death in nature's wrath. Without wolves, humanity stops growing, and prosperity never lasts. Humans have built a cruel world. A young woman must hunt for survival, lest she die among the sheep.
