as breakthrough major realms or from one level to the next finaly the higher quality of the blood from his current form or realm the better but after every advancement the next on will demand more and higher blood.
the ability to turn humanoid to vampire with the condition that they will be always one small releam beneath him and can't advance further until he advance and he can turn the others to dampire like some kind of blood slave to be later on turned to a vampire if he wished for or other sort of living dead if certain conditions are met the good thing about it is the number is limitless the downside is for each one of them he need to use part of the blood he refined which in turn will delay his advancement so will need to balance out.

the third power he finaly awaken his magical element typical of what you call an evil race the dark element and he also got a spell of necromancy he can raise up skeleton soldier to fight for him depending on his magical reserve and in time death knight and lich will be available.
but for now Skelton soldier of the lowest level will have to do he could tell the quality and quantity are on the low side at moment it will be used like some cannon fodder and also to add some frightening debuff to the ranks of low level enemy especially if their is no holy priest or holy knight or those druids.
the last is some form of screen in which he could see the information about him and his progress but he need a medium preferably a ring or something that he will have always to wear.
after digesting all this information he understood the power structure of this world to some degree it exist nine level in every path Frome what he could tell and every level is subdivided to four part low middle high and perfected.
as of how many path to power and longevity they are many no-one could tell for how many but he now the widely known ones Magi , knight, warrior, priest ,cultivator an so on ....but he doesn't have a clear definition for this one but he think they're probably like in the novels he read finaly those with bloodline . As for combining them some could but others conflicted with other like he has bloodline power and at same magic power.
so after sorting his mind he opted to refine the blood he had just consumed then sleep after all he has grand plan for his territory he will start the industrial revolution and you could see a creepy smile on his face 😈 .
