"Hokage sama, where is Minato? What happened to the nine tails??"
"Kushina, Minato has been missing since the Kyuubi attack. We were hoping you would know since you are still alive after Kyuubi was released."
"Eh, i am alive??" Kushina reached her stomach where she saw the eight trigram seal and she could feel Kyuubi's chakra ' did Minato do this?', she turned toward Hiruzen and said "Lord Third, i don't know how but the Kyuubi is sealed back in me and i am still alive"

Sarutobi and the Anbu left the house leaving Kushina to mourn. Outside sarutobi called Rodent "Go find Uchiha Mikoto and tell her to visit Kushin"

Sarutobi reached the hokage building and sighed " Minato oh Minato you have left, now this old man will try to protect Konoha" he stepped inside and called for a jonin meeting.
During the meeting which consisted of every jonin and clan head excluding Uchiha Fugaku he informed everyone of Minato's death and with the vote and support of everyone excluding a one eyed guy in bandages who left slamming the door, Sarutobi Hiruzen was reinstated as the Hokage and thus Konoha ushered into the age of Sarutobi once again.
