Thankfully, what Quinn and the others feared would come to pass, never did.
Shortly after Noah and the others had planned about what the next step was for his parents and Noah, he had to leave. He promised his grandma that he'd have dinner with her, and he also had a lot to talk to her about.
He did ask Quinn if he could tell her about what had happened to him and how he ended up in the hospital. He said he would keep the pregnancy a secret, but he would like to tell her that Quinn changed into an omega due to stress at work.
While that was partially true, Quinn didn't tell him it was more than that. Not here, at least. Noah had been upset that Quinn had been hurt and changed, but he'd been a calm, sweet force at his side.
He didn't want Noah to go to jail that night.
If he told Noah that he was certain that Michel and his carelessness was the cause of this, he was certain he was going to see a crime committed.
