Danica, on the other end, was completely absorbed in her work, flipping through the stack of design drawings laid out before her. With every page she turned, her expression only grew harsher.
"What are these?" she muttered, irritation sharpening her voice. "This is trash. All of it."
With a snap of her wrist, she tossed the sheets onto the floor, the papers fluttering in a messy arc around her.
"Nothing is good enough. Do everything again. I want something fresh, something unique. Not this nonsense."
The assistant standing in front of her flinched, her shoulders curling inward. Fear washed over her face as she quickly bowed her head.
"I—I'll inform the designers right away," she stuttered.
She crouched to the floor, hurriedly collecting the discarded drawings with trembling hands, afraid that any small mistake might spark Danica's temper again.
