Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 Finding A Date

Kiyozawa as the narrator: "My hands are stained with the blood of countless children I've kidnapped solely for monetary gain. To be honest, their fate never crossed my mind; their well-being was of no concern to me. I have no choice but to continue this heinous act, all to repay the man who took me in as his own. Once I've gathered enough wealth, I'll buy out him and I and everyone out from the demonic category, hoping that perhaps a better future awaits us all."

(At the Angels Of Slaughter Yakuza Base aka Gyakusatsu no tenshi).

Kiyozawa leans against the doorframe, covertly observing his boss engaged in a hushed conversation with another individual who appears to be a fellow Yakuza leader.

Zentarō: "Kiyozawa."

He mutters, having caught his adopted son eavesdropping on his conversation.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "..."

The room fell silent as Zentarō called out Kiyozawa's name, the boss of the Shie Hassaikai freezing momentarily. Kiyozawa stepped inside, his crimson eyes remaining eerily calm.

Zentarō: "You know better than to eavesdrop."

He says sharply, his gaze piercing through Kiyozawa.

Kiyozawa: "Sorry, boss."

He replies, his gaze shifting to the other Yakuza leader. The boss of the Shie Hassaikai's eyes widen in recognition as he recognizes the familiar face.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "You look like Chisaki."

He remarks, his eyes narrowing as he studies Kiyozawa's features, convinced that the two could be related.

Kiyozawa: "..."

He looks at the Shei Hassaikai Boss in confusion, his brow furrowing slightly as he tries to understand the comment about his resemblance to Chisaki.

Zentarō: "I'm hosting a little gathering."

He announces to the boss of the Shie Hassaikai.

Zentarō: "And I expect both you and your associate, Chisaki, to be in attendance."

His tone leaves no room for refusal.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "Understood."

He replies calmly.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: ''I'll be there with Chisaki. See you soon.''

He nods respectfully before turning to leave, his expression thoughtful as he considers the upcoming party and the potential connection between Kiyozawa and Chisaki.

As the door closes behind the boss of the Shie Hassaikai, Kiyozawa turns to Zentarō with a curious expression, his crimson eyes reflecting the light of the room.

Kiyozawa: ''What were you two talking about?''

He asks his boss directly.

Zentarō: "None of your business."

He replies curtly, his voice firm and dismissive. He turns away slightly, signaling that the conversation is over.

Zentarō: "By the way."

He asks suddenly, turning back to face Kiyozawa with a smirk.

Zentarō: "Are you bringing a date to the party?"

Kiyozawa: "A date?''

He stammers, his cheeks flushing slightly at the suggestion.

Kiyozawa: "Who would even consider dating me?"

He asks incredulously, his red eyes widening with embarrassment.

Zentarō: "What about Amaya?''

He suggests casually, knowing that Kiyozawa and Amaya have a long-standing friendship.

Zentarō: She might be willing to accompany you to the party."

His tone is light and teasing, trying to gauge Kiyozawa's reaction.

Kiyozawa: "Fine, I'll ask her."

He agrees reluctantly, his cheeks still flushed pink at the suggestion of bringing a date, specifically Amaya.

Zentarō: "Who knows."

He teases lightly.

Zentarō: "Maybe you two will realize you've been right under each other's noses all this time and actually consider marriage."

He chuckles knowing how close Kiyozawa and Amaya have always been.

Kiyozawa: "..."

He tenses slightly at Zentarō's marriage joke, his cheeks burning red.

Kiyozawa: "I-I should go prepare for the party."

He stammers, quickly excusing himself from the room to hide his embarrassed expression.

An hour later, Kiyozawa could be seen bustling around the venue, setting up tables and chairs with swift, efficient movements. His red eyes were focused, and his brow was slightly furrowed in concentration. Around him, several other members were helping, their laughter echoing through the empty hall as they worked.

Amaya: "Hey Kiyozawa."

She calls out with a warm smile as she walks into the venue, her eyes scanning the room before landing on Kiyozawa. Her smile widens as she approaches him, completely unaware of the embarrassment he had felt earlier regarding Zentarō's teasing remarks about their relationship.

Kiyozawa's face flushes slightly at Amaya's approach, trying to maintain his composure despite feeling flustered from earlier thoughts.

Kiyozawa: "H-Hi."

He stammers out casually, pretending to be cool while adjusting a chair unnecessarily to hide his nervousness around her.

Amaya: "Your father told me you'd be here helping set up."

She explains, her smile soft and genuine. She leans against a nearby table, crossing her arms as she watches Kiyozawa fumble with the chair.

Amaya: "I thought I'd come by and see how things were going."

Kiyozawa's blush deepens as he tries to keep his voice steady.

Kiyozawa: "It's going great..."

He replies, avoiding direct eye contact. His fingers fidget nervously with the chair leg, giving away his internal turmoil caused by Amaya's presence and earlier teasing comments about their potential future together.

Kiyozawa takes a deep breath, steeling his nerves before asking.

Kiyozawa: "The party is tonight... would you like to go with me?"

His heart races as he finally looks up at Amaya, hoping she'll say yes and give him an excuse to spend more time with her.

Amaya's smile softens even more as she agrees.

Amaya: "I'd love to."

She repeats, her eyes sparkling with happiness. She reaches out to gently grab Kiyozawa's arm, giving it a playful squeeze as she leans in closer.

Amaya: "Consider me your date for the night."

Kiyozawa's face darkens with a deep blush at Amaya's confirmation of their date.

Kiyozawa: ''So this is like... a date-date?''

He asks softly, his eyes darting down to meet her face briefly before lowering again, his cheeks hot and his body slightly tense with new, uncharted feelings.

Amaya chuckles softly, her smile turning playful.

Amaya: "Yeah, like a date."

She confirms, releasing his arm but staying close. She turns to continue helping with the setup, intentionally brushing her hand against his elbow as she moves past him. Her touch lingers longer than necessary.

Kiyozawa: "..."

His face burns red at the realization.

(In his mind).

"So this is... our first date?"

His eyes crinkling at the corners as he suppresses a small smile. His mind races with new thoughts and feelings.

''First date... With Amaya... Holy smokes.''

(Out of his mind).

(Meanwhile at the Shie Hassaikai Base in the office).

Overhaul was waiting impatiently for his boss to come home as he heard the door opening. He quickly stood up from the couch, smoothing out his clothing and trying to compose himself before his boss saw him.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "Chisaki, we're going to a party tonight. Get a suit and bring a date."

He commanded sharply as he walked into the base, already dressed impeccably in a tailored suit. Overhaul nodded silently, already knowing that refusing was not an option.

Overhaul: "Wait, a date?"

He repeated incredulously, his eyebrows shooting up in surprise. His boss paused and turned to face him, his expression stern.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "Yes, a date."

He confirmed.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "You're expected to show up with someone on your arm, Chisaki."

Overhaul: "But who would even want to go out with me?"

He asked his boss, his voice tinged with disbelief. His boss chuckled darkly and replied.

The Boss Of The Shie Hassaikai: "That's not my problem, Chisaki. Find someone, anyone, and bring them to the party. Tonight."

Overhaul nodded reluctantly, groaning internally at the task ahead.

Overhaul: "Yes, sir."

He muttered under his breath as his boss walked away. He ran a hand through his hair in frustration, knowing he had to find a date quickly for this party. Who could he possibly ask? The clock was ticking...

Overhaul decided that finding a woman outside the base was his best option. He put on his leather jacket and darkened glasses, trying to hide his distinctive features. He knew he didn't have much time; the party was starting in a few hours. He headed towards the nearest bustling street, his eyes scanning for an easy target.

Kanako: "Wow, hi!"

She exclaimed cheerfully, waving at Overhaul with a bright smile. She approached him confidently, her eyes sparkling with interest.

Overhaul paused momentarily, caught off guard by her sudden approach and friendly demeanor. He quickly composed himself and returned the greeting with a slight nod.

Kanako: "You're cute too."

She replied with a playful smile, batting her eyelashes flirtatiously.

Kanako: "Actually, yeah... I do want to go out. With you."

She giggled, linking her arm through his without hesitation, already planning their 'date'.

Overhaul: "Sure, there's a party coming up tonight. Would you like to go with me?"

He asked, trying to sound casual despite the urgency of his situation. He held his breath, hoping she would agree.

Kanako: "You're going to that Yakuza party tonight, right?"

She asked, already knowing the answer.

Kanako: "I'll go with you since I'm attending the same party anyway... and I could use a handsome date."

She leaned in slightly, her voice low and flirtatious.

Overhaul: "Yes, that's the one."

He confirmed gruffly, his surprise evident but quickly replaced by relief. A perfect coincidence, he thought. He didn't bother to hide his disbelief that she, a seemingly innocent woman, was invited to such an exclusive and potentially dangerous Yakuza party.

Overhaul: "Alright then."

He agreed, his tone slightly softer.

Kanako: "Good. I'll see you there."

She said with a final smile before turning to leave.

Overhaul watched her walk away, his mind already planning how he would introduce her at the party as his date without raising any suspicions among the Yakuza members present.

Overhaul: "Wait!"

He called out, jogging a few steps to catch up with Kanako.

Overhaul: "How are we going to introduce ourselves at the party? I mean, we just met, and those Yakuza guys will definitely ask how we know each other."

Kanako: "Easy."

Kanako replied with a confident smile.

Kanako: "I'm from the Gyakusatsu no Tenshi. And you?"

She paused, her eyes sparkling with amusement and curiosity.

Kanako: "Which Yakuza family are you affiliated with?"

She already knew the answer but wanted to hear him say it.

Overhaul: "I'm from the Shie Hassaikai."

He stated gruffly, his expression stern and unyielding. He watched Kanako's reaction closely, wondering if she would recognize the name or have any knowledge about the powerful Yakuza family he was a part of.
