Chapter 0: The End Before the Beginning

Prologue: The End Before the Beginning

The sky burned red.

The ground shook as two worlds clashed — fire and lightning tearing across the battlefield.

A lone figure stood at the center, his sword glowing with white energy, his clothes torn and covered in blood. Around him, mountains crumbled, and the air itself trembled under the weight of power.

He could barely stand, yet his eyes stayed sharp. In front of him was a massive figure covered in shadow — the last enemy standing in the war between worlds.

> "You've fought long enough," the shadow said, its voice deep and echoing.

"Lay down your blade."

The man gripped his sword tighter. His breathing was weak, but his will didn't break.

> "If I fall," he said softly, "then everything we fought for ends here."

The shadow laughed — cold and endless. "Then fall you shall."

The sky split apart as their final clash sent waves of destruction through both realms. A blinding light swallowed everything — and then, silence.

The man's vision blurred. The pain faded. The burning sky turned cold and dark.

> "So this is… the end…" he whispered, a faint smile crossing his lips.

The last thing he felt was the warmth of his sword's light — before everything went black.

But the light did not fade — it drifted, silent and unseen, waiting for the chance to begin again.
