Third POV
Now then, we wait.
Sho mused as he dragged the body of the cursed sacred gear user, all while Shigune had fallen asleep.
Though the creature in her hand was still active, staring at him as though on guard.
"An independent Sacred Gear….." The young exorcist mused, as the Excalibur Blessing glowed creating chains binding the body of the one who had attacked them.
There were different names of Sacred Gear he could recall, which could fit the creatures description.
'I wonder which on-'
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted as something dark appeared in front of him.
Fortunately he had already drawn Excalibur Blessing, which he used to block the attack.
As the attacker jumped back, he finally got to see the enemy clearly.
A dog? A large pitch black dog with a sword on its forehead.
'More incoming.' Sho in response created a simple Holy sword.
The dog had caught him off guard, it was as though it had suddenly manifested right infront of him.
Even his sense of smell, which had on countless occasions saved him from getting off guard had failed this time.
And he didn't like that one bit.
Just then several figures appeared from within the forest, all of them having scents that put him on edge.
Seemingly all of them had two different smells originating from them.
"You!! What are you doing with them!?!??" The black haired one from the trio asked.
Tobio and Kouki were the first to rush into the forest, was soon as they had heard of an ongoing battle and the eerie light.
And Lo and behold they had found one of students from their High School, though with the head turned downward they didn't recognise another of the figures.
Both figures seemingly unconscious, not moving.
And standing over them was a young man, with a sword in his hand.
Someone the trio had quickly judged to be an Enemy.
In the same way, Sho too had judged them to be an enemy.
While he had memorised the smell of the students, those only included who had been lost. He hadn't bothered remembering the scent of the students who weren't lost.
It also didn't help that they had struck first, so he assumed they were with the guy with that Cursed type Sacred Gear.
Not to mention all of them had two different scents on them.
"I asked you wha-" Tobio couldn't finish his words as the Sho dashed towards them.
The young boy didn't intend to give them any opportunity to organise their thoughts, they were the ones who struck first anyways.
Fortunately Kouki stepped infront, blocking Sho's attack.
"Byaku-" Before Samejima could complete his words, the young exorcist jumped backwards.
Though strangely for the older teen the enemy had left one of his Sword, something which was immediately answered as the Sword suddenly exploded.
Even as Kouki tried to move away, the shrapnel from the explosion still managed to catch him.
"Koukkiii!!!" Tobio called out, as Kouki fell too his knees, bleeding heavily.
Though that didn't seem like the end for the teen as a cat manifested infront of him, one if its tendrils seemingly healing him.
The darkness around Tobio surged as a scythe formed in his hand, before the teen and the dog rushed toward the Exorcist.
"Jinn!!" The dog in response attacked first, which Sho just batted away.
Tobio appeared beside the boy, swinging his scythe intending to decapitate the boy.
But the scythe was stopped as a wall of sword sprouted from the ground, causing the Slash Dog to move backward.
Though that had been the intention form the beginning, while he didn't predict the wall of swords that wouldn't matter.
Tobio had gotten the boy just where he wanted him to be.
"Night Hak-" Tobio plans were immediately thwarted as the Sword in the Sho's hand started to glow brightly, dispelling the shadows around them.
Capitalising on the opportunity, Sho created a Silvery holy sword before flinging it towards Tobio.
Before the sword could reach its intended target, the dog in question pushed its partner away, taking the attack in the process.
The sword embedded deep into the dog's torso, as it howled in immense pain.
Tobio came near Jin, intending to remove the sword. As he touched the ominous blade, his hand started to burn.
Just touching the blade gave off an sensation akin trying to grab red hot iron.
"It's pointless, for those related to werewolves such as you Silver is akin to the worst of poisons."
It didn't take long for Sho to recognise what the black dog was.
Shadow like abilities, which the dog had used to appear suddenly at first. And the clear Werewolf like smell both carried.
It painted a clear picture on what it could be.
Canis Lycon.
An independent Avatar type gear, an Longinus.
"You pest keep on coming, don't you?" Sho clicked his tongue, several scents seemed to be moving towards him.
Fort-
Before he process anything, a large lightning bolt struck the place he was in.
Fortunately for him, at the same time Kiyotora had arrived, pulling him away from the attack.
Looking at the perpetrator, the exorcist duo's worst nightmare came true.
A ten winged Fallen was involved.
A cadre.

Barakiel POV
He didn't know whether to be happy or mad with the current situation.
He stared at the situation below him, holy lightning dancing around his hand from his prior attack.
Judging by the way Natsume and Sae expression, they had found Shigune Nanadaru.
And from his own observation, he could see a member of Satanael Class. Abyss Team.
But both seemed to be with one of his, Fallen's mortal enemy, The Exorcists.
And one of the two Exorcists also seemed to have already wounded two of his protégés.
Putting him in his current predicament.
And he didn't like it one bit, a further escalation with the Exorcist may force them into a greater conflict.
Judging by the sword in one of the Exorcist's hand, an Excalibur, the church would surely take action should anything happen to that one.
Excalibur was something they zealously defended, and their wielder more so.
He seriously wanted to avoid an altercation like the last time, the incident from WW2 really damaged the Fallens pride.
"Am I to take this as an act of aggression, Fallen?" The older of the two Exorcist asked.
"I should be the one asking that." He turned towards his students, being tended by Lavinia. " It seems one of you did a number on my students."
"The dog was the one to start it all." The younger Exorcist called out, staring at Tobio.
And he didn't doubt that.
Tobio and Kouki had rushed in, and knowing Tobio he may have recklessly misunderstood the situation.
'*Sigh* Maybe I should contact Azazel..' At this point the Chuch had now firmly been involved in this situation, with them possessing one of the students.
The very student being a possessor one of the Four Fiends, the strongest of the four Tāotiè().
'Yes that is the best decision.' He mused, as he saw Vali eyeing the young exorcist.
Who in response just glared at the Longinus User…

Third Pov
"So then you are saying we should co-operate with you in face of a common enemy?" Kiyotora asked, glaring at the Cadre. "That too when one of your attacked us without provocation?"
"Come now, the kid did a number on the two idiots anyway." The voice came from the magic circle on top of the cadre's hand. "Besides it will serve as an important lesson for them not to recklessly rush in."
"That's not the po-" Kiyotora's phone started ringing, interrupting the older Exorcist.
As the older Exorcist took his phone out, gaining a perplexed expression as he saw who the caller was.
"If you will excuse me."
"Go on, I am sure it's important." The voice cheerfully added one, causing Sho to raise his brows.
'Don't tell me?…'
Had I been anyone else he would have shrugged it as a coincidence or just his overthinking.
But it was Azazel on the other side of the magic circle, the source of that voice.
Governor General of the Fallen Angels and Grigori, also perhaps the most sinister of them all.
If it were him, surely he could have a cooperation arranged between the two side.
"You seem strong." A voice called out, one he didn't need to turn toward to recognize.
The source of the voice had been glaring at him, ever since the two were face to face with each other.
Vali Lucifer.
A half human-half devil, descended from Lucifer. All while carrying a Longinus within him, Divine Dividing.
Either a joke or the miracle of the highest level.
"Only to the weak."
"Ku Ku Ku, maybe we should test that." Demonic aura swirled around the silver-haired youths. "Which one among us is weak?"
"I would agree, but i hope you wouldn't need saving like someone else here." The young Exorcist mused, changing his gaze towards the Slash Dog.
"Oh you don't need to worry about that, i just hope you won't run away."
"Alright that's enough." A fist slammed upon Sho head, ending the childish argument between the two "children". "I have received new orders from the headquarters."
"We are to cooperate with them." It seems sho hunch was right on its money.
"Ah the church sure works fast."
"How did you do it?" The former Shinra asked.
"I just told a little birdie that there may be a Holy relic here, and that it was a common enemy." Sho could here the glee from Azazel's tone.
"Though, judging by your and that boy's reaction you don't seem surprised."
That was true, the place he had expected Vali and Azazel to be involved was the same place he had found two distinct yet interesting scents as well.
A scent that made it seem like his nose would freeze over, carrying a minty side, as weird as it may have sounded. A scent Sho had grown to associate with some kind os ice based powers.
Though the more interesting of the two was the scent that resembled that of fire, though unlike other scent he took as fire this one carried bit scents of blood and holy power.
Just as the Sho informed this to his partner, the former Shinra didn't waste time in contacting Eminence Strada.
Where the duo had informed the Cardinal priest, with all of them concluding the chances this incident involving Longinus Incinerate Anthem was exceedingly high.
Transforming the mission into one about locating the Longinus user, to now most likely being Eliminating the user with cooperation if necessary.
"Let's just say we had our doubts." While he couldn't see Azazel directly, but he expected the fallen angels to be quite interested by how things were going.

Understand that Tobio is someone just entering the supernatural world, same with kouki. So if the fight seems one sided it's meant to be that way, Sho has trained for far longer and has more experience than the duo combined.
