I gazed into the endless heavens above me and down upon the countless worlds, searching for my purpose. But what was my purpose in life? I had already become the Heavenly Emperor. What could I do to regain the emotions that I lost in the journey to become the master of the Heavenly Dao and the Supreme Worlds?
Am I suddenly the god of nothingness, or am I the god of loneliness?
The Heavenly Dao emerged from the heavens and said, "Master you could travel back to when you were just a mortal student, then you could try to regain your emotions by meeting your love."
I sighed with a hint of melancholy in my voice,
"How can I travel back in time? It's been thousands of eons since I last saw her. I had forgotten her name, her face, her memories, but I remember one thing about her: Her smile which could make the Nine Worlds tremble and make the Universe kneel. But I can't even recall that beautiful smile anymore, have I truly forgotten my love? "
The Heavenly Dao said,"Master, I possess a heavenly technique that can make the river of time flow backwards but it demands a price."
I asked,"what price does it demand? I have already become the Heavenly Emperor. What can it demand that i can't give it." I said in tone full of sorrows and melancholy.
The Heavenly Dao said,"Master it demands something that is dear to everyone even you, your strength it demands that you give it everything you have your cultivation, your Heavenly and Divine techniques and your slaves can you truly abandon everything you have?"
I said in voice filled with melancholy I have already lost everything that was dear to me, my love is gone she left what can I do with this worthless power i have already lost in the realms of existence i became the Heavenly Emperor but I couldn't keep her.
"The Heavenly Dao said,"Master but can you truly abandon what you cultivated for eons? You shed your mortal self you gave up everything to become the Heavenly Emperor can you really regain it.
I said to the Heavenly Dao," do you really think I as your master can't abandon this tiny bit of cultivation for my love."
The Heavenly Dao said,"Master i don't think that but why do you love her?"
I asked myself why did I love her? Was it because of her smile, or was it because she made me feel love? Why do I want to give up my cultivation for her? I asked that to myself.
The Heavenly Dao asked,"Master why did you love her? You never loved the nine fairies of the Hua World, or you never loved the matriarch of the Bai family so why do you love her what do you see in her."
I said to the Heavenly Dao," it's because she made me feel love. My parents died in a car crash when I was young but she never left me till the day she died."
The Heavenly Dao Said,"but master you never seem to care about anyone other than her, even when you had thousands of women in your harem. You never seemed to care about any of them."
I said to the Heavenly Dao,"all the women in my harem were just a pawn pieces in their family they didn't have any emotions towards me. They only wanted to be my concubines because their family demanded it. They didn't even feel love towards me they were just pawn pieces."
The Heavenly Dao Said,"Master it's your choice I can't do anything about it. But I will say one thing please don't leave me behind i don't want to be without you."
I said to the Heavenly Dao,"you can leave now I'll tell you my decision when I have considered everything in my mind."
The Heavenly Dao returns to the thundering heavens while, I look at the endless worlds below mentioned thinking, can I really leave everything and return to the mortal world not caring about cultivation.
Suddenly I heard Bai Xue's voice," She came to me said Master are you really going to leave us. Do you not love Bai Xue you said you loved Bai Xue didn't you."
She started to cry and said in a sobbing tone
"Do you really want to leave your cute Bai Xue."
Tears and snot dripping down her beautiful face.She had blue eyes which could Pierce through the sky her slender arms which can make a demon beasts take their attacks back were trembling her beautiful face which could make national wage war was crying with sorrow.
I said to Bai Xue,"Do you want to come with your master as well."
Bai Xue said," yes yes please Master take me with you as well."she said while crying her heart out.
The grief from seeing my beloved disciple cry, had the heavens shaking while the myriad worlds, had disasters occurring from the heavens mortals were crying while cultivaters were fighting for their lives, while my whole body was trembling from rage of the ages.
Seeing me shaking from grief and rage Bai Xue said,"Master are you really going to take me with you,"
"Yes ofcourse I'm going to take to with."I said in a tone filled with care and love.
I used my communication jade,"To ask Heavenly Dao that im ready to return to the past and fix the mistakes that I made. While becoming an Heavenly Emperor."
The Heavenly Dao emerged from the heavensupon seeing Bai Xue he asked,"Master is Bai Xue going to come with us to the past.
I answered him in a tone filled with sorrow of the Universe,"Yes she is going to come with us as well as you.
The Heavenly Dao looked shocked but still complied.
We got ready to return to the past and see where we land.
