[DESCRIPTION]

(NOTE: KAC-5824 is the official designation for an anomalous dual-presence consisting of a human female host body and an unidentified divine or pseudo-divine intelligence inhabiting that body. Although KAC records treat the phenomenon as a single entity for containment and threat-classification purposes, all available evidence indicates that KAC-5824 contains two distinct wills operating within one physical frame.)

KAC-5824 appears as a young human female of approximate late-adolescent to early-adult age, typically observed in casual modern attire. The host's body presents no immediately obvious anomalous properties. But, the anomaly becomes significant due to the presence of the second consciousness residing within the host body. They are an unidentified divine intelligence of unknown origin, scope, and theological taxonomy. This intelligence has not provided a proper name. Though, across separate encounters, it has referred to itself only through titles, indirect statements, or upright refusal to talk about itself.

Though uniquely, the host is fully aware of the entity's existence.

Unlike most possessions or parasitic relationships, ongoing interviews indicate an internal arrangement between the host and occupant. The host permits the goddess relative freedom of action provided that said action does not produce unnecessary civilian, legal, or social consequences. In casual conditions, the host retains dominant behavioral control and presents themselves as independent, self-aware, and temperamentally unbothered by her condition. In dangerous conditions however, control may shift fluidly or become shared.

KAC-5824 displays no hostility towards humanity, local populations, or KAC personnel unless it identifies a target as a legitimate "foreign threat." The exact definition of this term remains uncertain, but known targets have included extradimensional intruders, invasive anomalies, hostile lifeforms, reality-disruptive entities, and even foreign gods.

KAC archivists believe the indwelling goddess functions as a form of incarnate planetary or world-defensive principle as they don't seem to necessarily be the god of the world, but a being that has elected itself to remain embedded in it for the purpose of armed resistance against external incursion.

When in combat, its most recognizable weapon is a sword generated or summoned at will. In its inactive form, the blade appears elegant, thin, and proportionally normal. In combat, however, the weapon demonstrates impossible extension without a mechanical support or observable increase in the weapon's structure. It may lengthen across streets, structures, and visual horizons while retaining full cutting integrity.

Though the true nature of the blade remains to be seen.

[BEHAVIOUR]

Under ordinary circumstances, the host's body behaves as an independent female with apparent self-possession, dry affection, and consistent awareness of both her own limitations and the goddess's tendencies. She demonstrates a practical concern with avoiding public escalation, property damage, legal consequences, and social inconvenience. This strongly implies that the host is neither dominated nor naïve regarding the power she carries.

Internal dialogue between host and goddess has been indirectly confirmed through pauses in speech in several instances in which the host answers questions not spoken aloud by any visible person.

When the goddess is in control of the body, they display disinterest in the mundane human hierarchy. It does not appear motivated by worship, territory, spectacle, or formal rulership. Upon further observation, it seems the divine intelligence only wants to indulge itself on human activities. Though mainly they listen to music.

[CONTAINMENT ATTEMPT]

KAC-5824 is not deemed a threat and thus no containment procedures have been put in place.

---

[FINAL NEUTRALIZATION]

The KAC doctrine does not allow the neutralization of the entity. Theoretical models suggest that destruction of the host body may fail to eliminate the indwelling goddess and instead release it from its present behavioral constraints. Models further suggest that successful removal of the goddess may also kill, erase, or irreparably destabilize the host.

[NOTES BY Overseer Apollo]

"She does not act like a prisoner. More importantly, she does not act like a puppet. Whatever arrangement exists in that body, it is older and more functional than anything our containment teams could design. I watched a Kaiju drop to one knee before she even drew the sword. Not because it was struck. Because it understood what was standing in front of it. The pressure is the part most people remember, but it is not the worst part. The worst part is the selectivity. She can decide who gets to remain upright in her presence. That means the effect is not an aura. It is judgment."
