Chapter 1 - Chapter A-I : The Second Session

21th December, Space Era S.E. 89

Examination Room No. 9, Psychiatric Hospital No. 4Recorded by:Dr. Jones Adam.

Note:Patient Aelyzabeth von Thors entered the session with partial respiratory failure. She is using a nasal–oral oxygen mask, speaking with short pauses to breathe. Her voice is weak but clear. Her eyes remain conscious and focused.

The Conversation Begins.

Jones: Good afternoon, Aelyzabeth. How are you feeling today? Any pain in your chest?

Aelyzabeth: (sound of breathing machine: hiss… hiss…) …Not much… just… hard to breathe.

Jones: That's alright. We'll talk slowly. If you get tired, just tell me, okay?

Aelyzabeth: …Okay. (pauses to breathe)

(Recording note: The sound of the respirator is steady. Heart rate is stable but slower than normal.)

Psychological Dialogue.

Jones: Last time, you said life was painful and that no one could help you.Do you still feel that way today?

Aelyzabeth: (softly) …Yes. It never goes away. It's everywhere…like the air I breathe.

Jones: You mean the pain?

Aelyzabeth: Yes. Pain from this world… from people… from the voices in my head that never stop.I just want silence… but it never comes.

Jones: You mentioned the voices again. Do you know where they come from?

Aelyzabeth: (slowly closes her eyes) …From the void… from the universe. They tell me I am the center of everything. But you know what, Doctor? It's not a blessing… it's a curse.

Jones: Why do you think it's a curse?

Aelyzabeth: Because I see everything.I hear everything — even things people don't want to see.I know that everyone in this world lies.No one's good. No one's truly evil. But everyone hurts each other… even nature itself.

Jones: You sound angry at nature. Why?

Aelyzabeth: I hate it.I hate that it made me like this — forced me to see, to hear, to live with things I never wanted to know.If nature is God… then God is cruel.

Jones: Do you feel like you're being punished?

Aelyzabeth: (silent for a moment, then softly) Yes…But sometimes I think… maybe I am the one who punishes.

(Recording note: Patient exhibits a "God Complex" along with delusional thought patterns typical of Schizoaffective Disorder.Mood changes rapidly, though cognitive function remains intact.)

Preliminary Conclusion.

Jones: Aelyzabeth, I want you to know — everything you feel has meaning. You're not alone in this. I won't let you face it by yourself.

Aelyzabeth: (breathing quickens slightly) Doctor… can you really heal me?Or are you just… lying like everyone else?

Jones: (calmly) I won't make promises…But I'll try — with everything I have.

Aelyzabeth: (soft laugh through the respirator)If you want to heal me…you'll have to heal the entire universe too, Doctor.

(She smiles faintly, then closes her eyes. The steady hum of the breathing machine continues in the quiet room.)

End of Session Note — by Dr. Jones Adam.

"The condition of Aelyzabeth von Thors is critical. She shows overlapping symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, and a delusional belief of being the center of the universe.Yet… not everything she says sounds like delusion. It's as if she perceives something — something beyond our comprehension —and through her eyes… it feels like that 'something' is staring back at us."

Thus ends Chapter A-I.
