Sally's POV
Philip trails his lips down my inner thigh, his eyes never leaving Ajax as he delivers what feels like a calculated provocation. "This isn't some contest," he whispers against my heated skin. "It's a truth." His gaze burns with mischief as he stares up at Ajax. "She belongs to us, and we belong to her. You can't keep fighting what's already decided."
Something fractures inside Ajax.
Before I can blink, he's pulling me up, his strong arms wrapping around my waist as he drags me against his chest. His mouth crashes down on mine with a force that wipes every coherent thought from my mind. The kiss is wild, but beneath the intensity there's something vulnerable, something that shakes with desperate longing.
I surrender completely, my fingertips exploring the hard planes of his bare chest, memorizing every ridge and curve like I'm dying of thirst. His body is sculpted perfection, and I trace each muscle with reverent appreciation.
