As I said this, the shock and anger on her face seemed to subside a little and she seemed to have regained enough calm and composure to listen to me, now that I decided to come clean with her, I told her everything that she needed to know, I said :
" Mom, you might have missed an important point here, the two girls from before had no much of an issue regarding them introducing themselves as my girlfriends, shouldn't that be weird .
The woman in front of me just blinked at that but still said nothing, I saw that her eyes seemed to be confused about what I was trying to say and in the end, I decided that it would be better to just clear her confusion by telling her what led to all of this and what kind of situation, I found myself in, I said :
" Well, it is a quite long story, but I will try to keep it as short as possible, it's like this ..... .
I began telling her about how was what going on linked to how my past life as Lucius was, I told her about his past and the things that he had to deal with, trying to justify what led the past me to make the choices he had, I told her his circumstances trying to appeal to her judgement of both him and me .
I then told her about the dangerous that he faced in pursuit of his happiness with the princess of the kingdom Regina and how that didn't end well for both of them and how hurt he was when he lost her and of course told her about the promises she made her do, then explained to her the reason such a promise was made, which mostly consist of her wanting to make me happy and me being cursed with living quite the long life .
Stopping there, I couldn't help but again think to myself about what age did I die at, a few millenniums perhaps, I wonder, maybe even more longer time, I can't completely say, but a few eons should be just about right, then I was met with that white screen that had even those crazy monsters shivers .
I return back from contemplation and saw that the hard and merciless look in my mother's eyes began to recede quite a lot as she seemed to began to come to a conclusion or something, but either way, I continued to tell her the rest of my story, the most of what I have remembered to this day .
I told her about meeting Evelyn and how was the first interaction between us and could swear to have seen the faint shadow of a smile appearing on her lips as I mentioned the part when the girl tried to kill me, the reason to why she was smiling, I had no clue, she might be processing these information in a different way than I did, so it would be justifiable .
I then continued to tell her about taking a liking to the girl Evelyn, I wasn't able to determine how exactly long period of time had passed on Regina's death, but I told her that it was at least a few decades and close to a century, enough for the old king to die and me crowning myself as the new King .
As I talked to her about this, I was beginning to see visions appearing on my mind as if having flashbacks on how I ruled the kingdom and how I treated those who were under my rule, I was getting reminded and regaining of some memories that I hadn't been able to recall before .
Seeing that her eyes were shining brightly and her sore mood seemed to be getting much better than before, I continued to tell her about the time when I was a king, I was a just King, I didn't become wary of the Nobles Family, no they were the ones that were wary of me, the reason was that both parties understood that I was in need for them or their military forces .
With my powers I was able to use more resources than anyone on that plane, not only that, but I was also the strongest Tims Attributed Battle Mage that have ever graced those lands, alone I could have brought kingdoms to their knees, but I never attacked unprovoked or with the ambition of expanding my rule, the army I used consisted of all those who were willing to rise in ranks and in fame .
Those who committed crimes will be sent either to finish there sentence mining special rocks of different values for the period that I sentenced them to, or they can join my army and be rehabilitated into a good soldiers and good citizen again and even given the chance to become Nobles themselves .
That did unnerve the original Nobles of the kingdom, but my rule didn't require them to continue unlike with the previous Kings, the person who should be killed, would be killed, the person who could be given a second chance, would have that too granted as well .
The Kingdom flourished under my role, the mages began to focus on using their magical abilities in research of different ways to help the Kingdom and is people without discrimination between rich and poor, resources become abundant, so there was no more struggles over who will own what .
Life had never been better for normal people under my reign, the Nobles who might create troubles will be stripped out of their Noble status, but after a month of my coronation, there was no longer a different between a lowborn, common or Nobles, they were equal in everything, they were also having the same rights and duties .
Stealing was no longer a thing, money was distributed every month for those who needed it, the Nobles were complaining about them receiving similar gifts, but those who dared to ask for money, were stripped away of their fortune and only given the gifts that they wanted so much .
In a span of 3 months, the whole kingdom was no longer recognizable, it was the closest thing to an Utopia, a land of dreams and comfort, people was leaving their homes to come and join, some of the Kingdoms around me saw this as an opportunity to pressure me, but my Kingdom sucked all those immigrants without much of a problem .
Which ended in unnerving most of those Kingdoms even more, to the point of them coming to an agreement on forbidden me from trading with any of them, demanding a huge fee to transport my cargos, but not allowing them into the city, wanting to pressure me financially, but they were still unable to understand that I didn't care whether I sold anything or not .
If the problem was money, then I have plenty of it unused, even with not any longer collecting taxes, or fees of any kind, if the problem with resources, I was able to regrow or fasten the speed of any crops, I wanted to, seeing that there was no point of adopting any of these solutions, they finally declared entering an alliance with each to do one thing, bring my kingdoms to its knees, while they still can .
7 kingdoms aligned themselves with each other and began invading my territory from three different directions, they used taking back the resources I stole from them as an excuse and people, mostly other nobles in those Kingdoms began to broadly pushing the idea of this being true in all angles and directions, after all they were aware of the state that all the nobles in my kingdom were in, so they were afraid to be treated the same .
In the morning of the next day, hell break loose on the people in my territory, the day right after, one of the seven kingdoms fall, all the garrison troops surrended to me, my army soon caught up with me, the results of that war were me completely annihilating those aligned forces, on the seventh day of the week, the last of these 7 kingdoms fell into my hands .
I met Evelyn after I made the Kingdom succumb to me and all of its soldiers surrendered, I told her that I married Evelyn and made her my queen, we spent a few centuries accompanying each other, then death break us a part, I told her about the promise that I made that day to the dying wife of mine, then once again I lost a dear person to me .
After stepping from the throne after handling everything and making sure that no one will do wrongings after me, I handed the throne to the one I deemed responsible enough to carry the burden that came with it, I then retreat away from the Kingdom and began roaming the land thinking that my responsibility towards the kingdom was over and believing that those who will came after me will be able to rule justly, but I was wrong .
In those flashbacks, I was forced to set an example for what would happen if those guys were unjust in their rule, that even happened many times, not once not twice, but numerous times, those guys will think that I had already died and then everything will began to return corrupted almost in an instant and I will take at most a week to sort everything out, then 4 to 6 years later they will once again out of habit perhaps bring back the corruption .
Seeing that they didn't seem to learn, I needed to teach them a harsh lesson, so I become a villain thet terrorized them instead of the Savior who meant to save them, the example was set by bringing ruin to the biggest kingdom now after the three kingdoms that existed at that point of time .
I warned their capital that their end was imminent, if they didn't stop going stray, but getting mockery and disdain instead, choosing all of the corrupted beyond repair in my eyes from all the kingdom in one place, I then slaughtered them all in front of the citizens of their kingdoms, the ruin was necessary for the rebuild .
And that examples made the other two kingdoms fix their way as long as they didn't want to end like how these guys ended, the kingdoms were once again in harmony and I finally left them be and continued to roam the land .
After a period of time, I got news about those Kingdoms collapsing and other Kingdoms appeared, but those new kingdoms didn't care in the slightest about what might happen to the people under their rule, which forced me again to be the one to correct them .
I after that witnessed the rise and fall of eras, I kept getting accustomed to the changes in the world surrounding me, I saw places that people could call me crazy, if I were to describe what I saw in those lands, creatures that both the people from my past life and current one be stunned to even hear about their existence, not to mention seeing them with naked eye .
I let go of what might befell the human Kingdoms anymore, so corruption once again become a disease, but I was too far away to be concerned about this anymore .
I saw the creatures of the dark, I witnessed flying castles and cities, I witnessed secret societies, I healed and tamed a Pegasus and make it breed with a unicorn, it was a fun experiment, the baby out of the two was a mix between the two, much magically talented and was able to inherit the strength from his father's side, Lobo was his name .
I was invited by the mermaid princess to a feast in the bottom of the sea, but was disappointed that there were not a single piece of meat in the feast, so I skinned some Sharkmen that weren't to my liking, yet no one dared to call me out for doing something like this, they knew better .
As I finished telling this to my mother in front of me, I saw that she seemed to be still engrossed in imagining all the scenes that I was telling her about, I could use a spell to make her see those experience for herself, but I doubted that her mind will be able to take it, so in the end, I decided against it, but in her current state, we won't be able to converse much as well .
So I just waited for her to regain her clarity, it took 4 or 5 minutes, they were talking quite the time to do the chores of such a big house, or maybe Suguha understood my intention of wanting to be alone with my mother for some time and she just took it upon herself to keep them occupied for the longest time she can be able to .
This place was the perfect place for her to do that, I still don't even know most of the areas in this house and where it exactly end and with what, just I thought of this it seemed that my mother had woken up at last, her eyes were still lit from excitement, but soon she seemed to have realized the severity of the situation and she squinted her eyes at me and said :
From what you said, do you want me to believe that those two girlfriends of yours were your wives from past lives .
Her pointing that out surprised me a little, it seemed my mother had developed some deducetive ability after reading all these comics that I had, they seemed to be quite sharp as well .
I nodded my head and I saw that at my response, she fell silent, then after a few seconds she said :
Since when did you realize that they were indeed the people from your past life ?.
" The answer to this question is a bit tricky, but if you want an exact date, I would say that I met Evelyn on the second day after joining the school, she was actually the one to recognize me, then I recalled who she was almost on the spot .
Evelyn, had blue hair like her former self and she was the one to recognize you, I'm impressed, what about the other one, the blonde hair Regina was her name right ? .
I nodded and took a few seconds to organize my thoughts, then I said :
" Regina too recognized me on the first day at school, but I only recalled her the day before yesterday, yesterday was when she confessed that she didn't want to get close to me because of Evelyn existence, she thought that she might break the relationship between us two, but when we met, I sorted this out with her .
My mother kept looking at me with sharp discerning look, then she shook her head .
