"He already knows."
Shen Qiushan shrugged.
"Already knows?"
"Did Old Lin agree?"
Old Shen was shocked. On New Year's Eve, both of them had dinner at Shen Qiushan's mansion. At the time, Lin Moxuan had been subtly complaining to Old Shen about his daughter getting too close to Shen Qiushan.
From Lin Moxuan's attitude, it was clear that he was very much against Lin Xiamo being with Shen Qiushan.
"He agreed!"
"However, he made a request: the wedding must follow the local customs of Sanjiang, starting from the marriage proposal!"
"And according to our Sanjiang customs, for a marriage proposal, the groom's parents and elder representatives must visit together."
"So, Dad, you'll have to work a bit hard."
Shen Qiushan explained Lin Moxuan's requirements.
"That's not hard at all!"
"It's just a marriage proposal. I'll personally make the trip!"
