In early June, New Era's under-construction super headquarters was successfully topped out as expected. The three big bosses all attended the topping-out ceremony—after all, this was yet another milestone moment for the company.
On the day of the topping-out, quite a few media outlets ran reports on it.
Normally, there's not much to say about a single building being topped out. But Su Zelin had previously hyped up the "super headquarters" concept, and ever since New Era appeared on the Spring Festival Gala, it had been riding high and drawing a lot of attention, so many media outlets took the initiative to report on it.
Some of them were also media guns-for-hire that Su Zelin had invited.
The goal was to tell everyone: look, we're not just all talk. When we say we're building a super headquarters, we actually do it—and we do it at a speed that's anything but normal!
The topping-out ceremony was met with almost unanimous praise.
