"Daughter, are you still at the company?"
Tian Jinqiong knew that Yan Qiuwen had been working overtime at the office these nights, but it was particularly late today and still no sign of her at home. Out of concern, she called to check on her.

"Why didn't you tell me and your dad? Which hospital are you at? We're coming over right now."
Tian Jinqiong knew her daughter was particularly scared of injections. Her willingness to go to the hospital for an IV indicated a high fever.
Yan Qiuwen replied calmly, "Mom, no need, it's already started. It'll take at least three hours. You and Dad have to leave for the Social Sciences Academy in the morning, and the tickets are already booked. It's better to rest early. I'm not a child anymore; I can take care of myself."
