By noon the next day, Qin Shiqing stepped off the plane, followed by a slick-haired man with superficial charm, wearing earrings.
"Hey, gorgeous, where are you headed? My family's driver is coming to pick me up, why don't we give you a ride?"
The slick-haired man was a fellow passenger on the same flight. When he saw Qin Shiqing upon disembarking, he was so taken aback by her beauty that he rushed to strike up a conversation.
He had a bit of a pretentious nature and immediately hinted that he had a dedicated driver, indicating that he was from a wealthy background.
Seeing his gaudy outfit and flirtatious demeanor, Qin Shiqing knew right away he was trouble.
"No need, thanks anyway, my boyfriend is coming to pick me up!"
Despite being gently rejected, the slick-haired man was undeterred.
"Can we add each other on QQ, be friends, and hang out sometime?"
"No way, my boyfriend is quite the jealous type, he'd be upset!"
Qin Shiqing maintained her aloofness.
