Having all passed, Sasuke pulled his hand away from Naruto as he stared at him with a disgust filled face. He thought he could feel sympathy towards Naruto, but now? F**k, he wished he could kill him!
Sakura was thinking of something similar, why did Naruto insist on holding Sasuke's hands! C-Could it be...could he be a rival in love as well!
She always thought Ino was her biggest rival, but as it turns out, it was actually a guy!!!
Kakashi stared at Naruto, then at the kunai in his hand
"Naruto, that jutsu you used to appear next to me, what jutsu is it" He asked, he couldn't shake off the feeling that he knew that jutsu.
Naruto shrugged
"Dunno, I found a scroll in my room, and learnt it, think it was called the flying raijin or something" He replied
Kakashi's pupils shrunk, the flying raijin!
'Did Minato sensei leave it for him?' Kakashi wondered
The flying raijin was used by two people, the second and fourth Hokage, one of which being Naruto's father. It was possible that Minato left it for Naruto, after all, there were no other possibilities of him learning this jutsu.
"Kakashi sensei, is something wrong?" Naruto asked
"Nothing, you honed that technique well" Kakashi shook his head, but a glimmer of relief was seen in his eyes
"Of course, with this, I can get home very fast" He nodded
Kakashi's lips twitched, the flying raijin, the technique that gave Minato the title, yellow flash, is now being used as a method of transportation to get home...
He couldn't help but wonder if Minato would be happy or disappointed that Naruto can use it with such ease...

Naruto felt his head ring with how loud she shouted. He pulled back and rubbed his ear.
"Tch, if I knew you'd be like that, I'd rather you not thank me" He clicked his tongue and grumbled
Sasuke walked over and gave him a light punch on the chest
"It's my loss this time, but I won't let you best me again" He said
"I know you're trying to say thank you, but your tone is p*ssing me off, so I'd rather you not" Naruto said with a blank gaze
"..." The two now had a sudden urge to bash him...
Sensing their emotions fluctuate, Naruto quickly threw his Hiraishin kunai and teleported far away.
"See you both tomorrow" He flipped the two off before jumping onto a rooftop to head back home.
Sakura shifted her eyes to Sasuke's hands, she really wanted to hold his hands as well, but the moment this thought came to her mind, Sasuke left as well.
'I can't believe that guy stole his first kiss and held his hand!' Sakura stomped her feet angrily to vent before finally heading home.
-Ichiraku ramen-
"Huh? That was what your sensei said? Asuma sensei wasn't that harsh" Ino gasped
"Yeah, so if one of us didn't have a bell in hand, we'd apparently be expelled, but I doubt he'd actually do that" Naruto said as he slurped up another mouthful of noodles
Shikamaru glanced over
"It's probably to test your team trust and companionship" He said
"Oh, as expected of Shiki, that sounds plausible" Naruto grinned
Shikamaru rolled his eyes, but his lips curved up ever so slightly when they weren't looking.
"So how did you all pass?" Choji asked
"I held Sasuke's hand with a bell between us" Naruto said with a wide smile, which made Ino freeze completely...
"Uh...what?" The chopsticks in her hand were snapped in half in that instant
"What? I already kissed the guy, what's wrong with holding his hands?" Naruto asked
Shikamaru pinched between his brows as he turned away
"I'm not even going to begin to comprehend what is wrong with that, this is such a drag" He muttered under his breath
Ino nearly fainted on the spot, the guy she likes was not only kissed by this blonde hooligan, he also held his hands!
"Oh right, isn't Sasuke's birthday coming up? You can buy him a gift" Naruto pointed out
"Oh right" Ino quickly snapped out of it, and nodded
"Yeah, I'll buy him something he'll definitely like" She clenched her fists and said with a bright smile.
Naruto was a little speechless, but he continued to eat
'Is Sasuke that popular? Or do girls just like being ignored?' He thought to himself to himself
"Hey Naruto" Choji looked over
"Yeah?"
"Are you straight?" He asked
Naruto nodded
"Course I am" He replied
"Oh, just making sure"
"Hey Naruto, how about you and I go pick gifts together, you're in the same team as Sasuke, you must have some inside info, right?" Ino asked
Naruto rubbed his chin
"How about you get a plush of Itachi, and drive a nail through its chest?" Naruto said
"Huh?"
"You should all know Itachi, the one who murdered the entire Uchiha clan, Sasuke's older brother, the guy is so hell-bent on taking revenge that if you give him that, he might like it" He said
"...that's not a birthday gift anymore" Ino's lips twitched
"Then I'm outta ideas"
"You're so helpful" Ino said sarcastically
"Glad I'm of help" Naruto replied
"It's called sarcasm" Ino huffed
After eating, Naruto returned home and laid in bed with a rather satisfied expression. But he was still quite curious about the reward that he never got, so he continued to bother the system/assistant.
[It's almost ready, when you wake up tomorrow, you'll find your gift]
"It's July, Christmas is still a log way away" Naruto grumbled
But since he won't be told, he could only patiently wait, slowly falling into a deep slumber.
-Next morning-

"Huh?" Naruto's eyes opened
[Wanna see your reward?]
He rubbed his eyes and sat up from bed
"Urgh, yeah, go ahead"

He was suddenly sucked into a vortex, and dropped into a small room. But as he looked around, his eyes widened in disbelief.
But soon, the disbelief became vivid joy as a smile crept to his face.
[Dude, you're creeping me out, stop smiling like that]
"Heh...hehehehe...HAHAHAHA" Naruto covered his mouth as he revealed a strange smile
His face slightly flushed as he stared at things in the room with a sadistic smile as he laughed.
[Seriously, you're creeping me out!]
"I love it, I love it, I love it! My lab, this is everything I could ask for!" He was inside a small lab, specifically, his personal lab from his previous life.
He opened up a closet
"All the chemicals I mixed, everything is here! My favourite corrosive acid, oh how I missed you" He held a bottle in his hand as he rubbed it against his cheeks.
"This baby can dissolve corpses in under two seconds and leave no trace, this sweetie here will blow up when it comes in contact with fire, ah, this little cutie is my favourite in terms of fun, it makes people who inhale the smoke emitted sleepy, then they are tormented by their worst fears" His perverted gaze never left the bottles as he sorted through each and every one of them.
He laughed creepily, so much that even the assistant fell silent completely.
"Thank you, I love this gift so much, so very, very much"
Various chemicals, poisons, acids, each with their own unique use.

The cat realised the danger it was in, and nuzzled its head against his hand as it purred
"Now that's a good kitty" Naruto nodded in satisfaction
"Naruto, what in the world are you doing? And is that my mum's cat?" He suddenly heard Ino behind him
When he turned around, she had her hands on her waist as she glared at him
"Oh, your mum posted this mission? Here, catch" He threw the cat in his hand to Ino and grinned
"Jeez, who goes around threatening cats with a kunai" She sighed as she gently stroked the cat
"I do, it scratched me, so it's only fair" He replied
"Naruto, how are you so petty to even fight with a cat" Ino sighed as she stared at the boy who didn't seem to feel any remorse.
He placed his hands behind his head and smiled brightly
"It's just how I am, by the way, have you picked out a present for Sasuke yet?" He asked
"Oh, I almost forgot why I'm out here today, wait here, I'll send the cat home first, then you'll come with me to pick a gift" She said
Naruto lifted a brow
"You're asking me, the guy who admitted to having a small crush on you, to go pick gifts for another guy"
"Hehe, you're the one who said it'd be worth it to see me smile" She gave him a bright grin and said
Naruto sighed
"And now I regret it" He shrugged
"Wow, how honest of you, wait here, I'll be back real quick" She waved and hastily brought the cat back to the flower shop.
When she passed the cat to her mum, Kiku, she received a faint smile from her.
"Oh, off to buy your little crush a present?"
"Yeah"
"You seem to be in a hurry" She asked
"Someone is waiting for me to pick presents together" Ino said as she ran back out
Her mother placed a hand on her cheek and smiled
"My, how fast they grow up...if only the kid she likes wasn't so problematic" Her smile faded as she sighed at the thought of Sasuke's attitude...
Ino rushed back so she wouldn't keep Naruto waiting for too long
"Do you have any ideas?" Naruto asked
"Well, maybe a plush?" She said
"Of Itachi with a nail through it?"
"Of course not!" Ino shouted
Naruto laughed in response
When they stopped outside a general store, Naruto paused. He crossed his hands and made a hand sign before a puff of white smoke puffed from his body.
His hair became black, and his whiskers were also gone. To double down on it, he also altered his eye colour and facial structure, looking a little like what he did before coming to this world.
"Why did you transform?" Ino asked
"You seriously expect the shop keepers to let us in if I go in as me?" Naruto replied
"H-Huh...oh..." Ino turned to Naruto, and his casual smile made her feel a pang of pain in her chest, the boy in front of her is seen as a scourage, but how can she feel at ease knowing a friend is being treated this way?
She walked over and made a decision. Her arms opened up, and she pulled him into a hug, holding him tightly.
"H-Huh, Ino?"
"You're not the one at fault, you've never done anything wrong" She pulled back and stared at him with her eyes slowly becoming watery.
Naruto scratched the side of his cheeks, knowing why she was saying all this.
"Thanks Ino..." Be it in this life, or the previous...he felt that he kind of needed to hear that
His sincere smile made Ino feel a faint flutter in her chest, but she dismissed it quickly.
"Now, let's go pick a gift" She grinned
"Yeah" Naruto nodded
